I think the place in South Dakota is called Dakota Post. They arrange everything for you licenses, bank accounts, mailing service, car insurance ect... they make it so easy.

It matters not what time of year your license renewal is due. You can renew up to 6 months early. So you can go there May through October .

Nevada driver's license renewal costs are dependent on the year of birth. Even years renew for 8 years at ~43 dollars, odds renew for 4 years at half that cost. Looks like you can do it on line too. Health insurance cost vary by state too. Those of you on Medicare with supplements don't forget that one. Thanks for all the information.... So glad I have family in Oregon!
