Personally the best part about this is how you combine classic series structure with a bit of contemporary storytelling. Richard's interacting when Thomas tells his story seems like what Season 6 could have been had it gone on for longer and with more quality directing. Also omg Oliver's wonky handrails, now that's true attention to detail-
I loved this!!! That was an incredible idea to have the coaches get bumped by Richard, damaging their brakes and foreshadowing them eventually rolling down the line, but it was even MORE clever the way you involved a ghost story! AMAZING WORK!!!
This was a brilliant story. Thomas and Richard playing their own little trick on Gordon and James, without even knowing it happened. I loved the new faces we saw on Gordon here. I wonder if Richard will be getting his own Christmas Adventure :) .
Please say the 'Stranger Things' intro will be permanent XD Wonderful end to a spiffing little volume. Classic little ghost story elevated with great dialogue and interactions. Richard's backing vocals to Thomas's story was hilarious - 'Oh, yep, that's true'. I also haven't mentioned this before, but all of the model's faces are glorious; Gordon's especially look amazing.
Absolutely loved these episodes featuring Richard. Really hope he will have some more adventures in the not too distant future. He is very quickly becoming one of my favourite characters.
Man keep it up! I'm not a fan of the new CGI stuff anymore and get bored rewatching the old stuff. It's like coming across new episodes from the original series that I've never seen before. So awesome!
I’m just now watching this trilogy and I swear, you’ve written Richard’s character so well, I genuinely believe if he were an official Thomas character and appeared in the show and/or books, I feel like he would be out of place at all! Unlike Nia and Rebecca, I feel like he would’ve been an excellent character to include in season 2 or season 3. Love your content and keep up the great work!
An excellent episode, great characterisation as always. One thing I would say is that I think the ghost train segment with Gordon would have been more impactful had we not seen James bump them. We’d see the situation from his eyes then. Perhaps James could admit to it later in a flashback or the stationmaster could say he’d seen James. That’s just my view. Otherwise, excellent work.
I'm too darn distracted by that awesome music playing from 6:40 to 7:10 to pay attention to the story!! Holy moly, that music is beautiful!! That's gotta be my favorite part of this whole video. :)

This is SO WAY BETTER then that infamous Untold Story Of Timothy film! The German version of the LBSCR E2, the DB 00 001 tank sure showed it right! (Love that model btw.) The story's well balanced and everyone's still in character, this makes it a good classic Thomas special with a very lovable, popular, fan-character that make's it all the more great! Now I'm gonna watch this again! And again, and again! 'Cause this needs more views and more applauds to you of how this is such a story well written story this is.

Out of all the new episodes you all have made, I feel this is the best in terms of narration and music. I’m not saying that the others episodes have bad narration or music but this one just hits the nail on the head even better, that may not make sense but great episode overall

Boy oh boy Carson the more stories of Richard you make the better they get and I just love the fact that Thomas and Richard are finally official good friends and that Gordon and James got served Justice also I really like the brown versions of the old coaches it's really unique in a way yeah I prefer the green ones in the TV series but it's just something unique and different overall love the story and the SpongeBob music at the end that got me but when Richard said happy Halloween I realized putting the stories together it was leading up to a Halloween special overall great story man awesome work

This was truly the best Thomas and friends fan ghost story I’ve ever seen and I loved the part where gordon sped away from the runaway coaches and the music is great, I think it’s the most fitting music you could put in here at the perfect times
This is an interesting video as I know you had two things at play; how to continue Richards story and somewhat fit the theme of Halloween. Either way the results paid off handsomely as you achieved both. You were able to blend a bit of Halloween in but still keep it sweet with traditional railway operations.Very well done.

What an episode absolutely beautiful work and the Richard and Thomas part where Richard keeps echoing Thomas was hilarious what an episode:) well any new characters be introduced like another shunter or maybe a good diesel who like to pull heavy good trains
