When you drip the alcohol inks on and rub them ~ spray them with alcohol ink blending solution ~ it will help to spread ink and blend the colours better!

I just can’t work from the back freehand. I can’t see what I’m doing through the printed tin cans! I have to use a stencil or print my design onto a paper sized to the can size & lay it over the printed cans.
Hi I am sorry but I can't give you a good answer. I have mine on display so it doesn't get much wear and tear. Having said that I believe the embossing would hold up well but I don't know about the alcohol ink. Thanks for watching. I hope that helps.

I use stencils to add designs to my flat tin pieces. Then doodle in to cover all.
So ingenious!! Love recycling, especially if it can be adapted to creative otherwise pricier items !!

You might try making embossers using sticks of wood with different shaped ends.

For alcohol ink:You should just use permanent markers.They're filled with alcohol ink.

The thing with using markers ( even Sharpie permanent) is that the colors do fade over time. Maybe if ya sprayed varnish over the markers?
I loved the silver embossing, but not the alcohol inks. Each to her own.

Have you tried placing the sheet in A4 embossing folder and passing through a A4 big shot plus machine!
I haven't tried that. I don't have a big shot machine but it is on my wishlist.
How sturdy is this? I'm pretty rough on my sketchbooks, and I'm worried I would ruin it quickly
