@@TheInkPitOx no one ever mentions this one. I still remember the shorts it had about an angry guy. One rant he did was about what's so super about super markets, I think till this day I can still quote that word for word.

The only episode I can vaguely recall is the one where they meet Betsy Ross, who was a hippie that tie-dyed the American flag. Tooncast is like Boomerang, except that every show is broadcasted with no commercial breaks, though there are bumpers with the announcer saying "You're watching (show's title) on Tooncast" that appear between the segments.

This show was legit forgotten by everyone I know, and I don't even know what suddenly reminded me of it. All I remember was how unapologetic it was when it came to how much Larry and Time Rustle hated each other lol.
It was also unapologetic in how much homosexual subtext (and general risque humor) it got away with in the two seasons it was on the air. Especially since this came on before every cartoon decided to stick an LGBTQ character on for "representation". And it wasn't outright stated that the Larry 3000 was gay, but there were a lot of clues (some of which I found myself with a close-knit band of friends who liked to analyze cartoons with me back when the Internet wasn't as mainstream. Good thing most of the evidence I found is on TVTropes and Tumblr).
I only watched half a dozen episodes, but all of them were good. It has the classic humor, stupidity, seriousness and absurd of Nickelodeon at the time. And when I grew up, I discovered Time Squad was based on Poul Anderson's novels. Now, I cannot read the book without thinking about Max, Larry and Otto. ^^
One of the early cartoons of my life it was the second ever first being sheep in the big city i m glad i was born in the 2000s and cartoon network was my only friend ❤
The time travel rules and physics in Time Squad differ from Avengers Endgame's time travel. Because Larry states changing any tiny thing in the past can permanently alter the future but Hulk says changing the past doesn't change the future. holy fucking shit.... ive been watchign thi on cartoon network as a little kid when i didnt understand almost a single word in english language yet i loved this show! I honestly never knew the big guy's name because of the language barrier and i always thought his name was something like "Men" because if i remember well, they were saying that quite a lot? It was quite easy tofind this show again after writting "cartoon network robot old show" XDDD and i just HAD to hear the intro again as i didnt remember it at all until i heard the first few tones in this video and immediatelly remembered as i started crying by happiness that it still exists on the internet and isnt forgotten ;u; now im going to watch the show again and this time i will be finally able to understand everything they say! Oh my god it will change EVERYTHING i ever remembered!
I'd love to know how Dave Wasson pitched this idea to Cartoon Network. Maybe he was like: Let's put Luke Skywalker, Yakko Warner and Bobby Hill on a time-traveling space station together!
I think Cartoon Network tried to bury it because it wasn't as popular as the other cartoons at the time. They did the same thing to "Whatever Happened to Robot Jones?" and "Sheep in the Big City".
As much as I loved the show when it was airing, the alarm at the start of the second season intro always annoyed me to no end so that I even switched to another tv channel until a few seconds passed so it would be over
Shows and movies for kids oughta have pop culture references to history and adventures however now that we're living in the future i sense that it is over
I always wondered if them kidnapping Otto was the reason for all the blunders, but considering the many eras they went to, that never made sense, since many of them were before Otto should have been born.
RIP Time Squad, Cartoon Network's most underrated show.
June 8, 2001 - November 26, 2003
Satsuma Salanewt no that would be what ever happened to robot jones
That and sheep in the big city
And Mike, Lu & Og
holy crap that's the 4 of them
I'm Getting Time Squad The Complete Series On My Birthday🎂🖖😎👍
I loved this show as a kid
Nice.
Except for the part they assisted the genocide of 100 million people in a single century instead of allowing the erection of the world's largest igloo.
Same here!
Stop ok
I agree with you I love the show as a kid too
Good show.
It was even educational.
I even had an opportunity to use what i learned from it in history class...
Me too!
Same it was thanks to this show I found my love of history
It's such an underrated show
Ahhh yes, the cartoon I'd always miss as a kid because it aired 5am everyday. Good times.
I dead ass learned a lot more from this show then anything in School
Me too. It was educational and funny as hell
I always felt that it could've maybe aired on TLC or PBS other than Cartoon Network just like Magic School Bus.
Lol same
i learned the word gelatin from ed edd n eddy and my parents were impressed at the time
yeah found TV more educational then school
Entertaining while educational, time squad hit that balance so well. I miss this show.
Until 2010
Why do some programs have to be immortal!?
I wouldn't call this show "educational" tbh
Damn it that’s a catchy beat. It’s stayed with me in the back of my head even after all this time lol
You are not alone brother! ;)
From a better era of Cartoon Network that will never come again :'(

Next to Class of 3000, Time Squad is one of Cartoon Network’s underrated shows.
Back in the day I didn't have high expectations from Class of 3000 but it was surprisingly good. Time Squad will always be near and dear to my heart.

Sheep in the Big City

Time Travel Rules short version
1. Wear clothes from that time period.
2. Only observe history.
3. Only spend 3 minutes in the past.
4. DO NOT interact with anyone in that time period. Not even for a second.
