It is hard indeed but I love this kind of work much better than the desk work in my office! My hope is that other people too will do the same because professional farmer use tons of chemicals here in Japan and it is becoming difficult to find healthy vegetables at the supermarkets. Andrea! i could kick YT everywhere! i just typed a looooooong, loving comment, and the moment i hit the button to post, it disappeared. No time to repeat... so i am just sending you THANKS for this fascinating movie, and lots of love to you and family💖Ma (moving out to her own farm this week)

    • @AndreaNature
      @AndreaNature  Рік тому

      Oooooh, dear Ma, I am so sorry to hear that but I can tell You that nobody can understand You better than me in this moment! To tell the truth in this period I had to do several jobs, both for me and for my family, that once were done by writing documents. However it has been all digitalized and what should be easier became a real nightmare because of system bugs and requirements of many steps using a smartphone (that I hate). More and more often I feel frustrated and I would say unfit for this automated society. Only the camera remains a great digital joy for me!
      Thank You very much for the comment above and for the comment gone that I will read in my dreams tonight.
      Your own farm???? Sounds fantastic!! I am looking forward to having a glimpse of it! Now maybe when I click the button, my message also goes away, and with it the PC too! ^ ^ Strong hugs from Japan!

    Caro Andrea 😲 ...
    Quando ho finito di guardare il tuo video, ho le lacrime agli occhi e il cuore mi dice di sì: vai in Giappone e vivi dove Andrea coltiva il grano, lo raccoglie lei stessa, lo macina e ne ricava una sana farina di farro.
    E la moglie di Andrea sforna pane sano e delizioso con questa farina.
    Vorrei vivere così anch'io, vita meravigliosa tempo meraviglioso.
    Hai comprato le macchine necessarie per lavorare il grano e il cuore e con il vento nei polmoni fai miracoli!
    Che Dio benedica il tuo lavoro, e il pane è così delizioso, posso immaginarlo, perché compro farina da agricoltura biologica e cuocio io stesso il pane.
    Sii sano, cari! Un meraviglioso incontro con la tua vita! 🌲🙋‍♀️💓💓🌲 M&A

      Najdroższa Mirko, ile radości sprawiło mi czytanie Twoich słów! Nie zaprzeczę, że robienie wszystkiego z nasion jest naprawdę męczące, ale nawet jeśli cierpią na tym moje plecy, serce mówi mi, abym kontynuował!
      Nawet rolnictwo staje się teraz biznesem, w którym wszystko trzeba optymalizować, ale myślę, że jedzenie ma większą wartość, jeśli jest przygotowywane z wysiłkiem i miłością. Niestety tutaj, w Japonii, do stworzenia doskonałych, pięknych i dużych warzyw używa się wielu pestycydów i chemikaliów. W międzyczasie jednak zachorowalność na nowotwory nadal rośnie i właśnie z tego powodu chcę poświęcić swój czas na pracę na roli.
      Nawet chleb, który robisz, wygląda pysznie, a jeśli znajdziesz mąkę organiczną, to świetnie! Uściski dla Ciebie i Artura!

    Hello Andrea, what a beautiful video of the works in the fields and to see how all grows. So it had paid off with all that effort because it looked very good. Enjoyed watching the whole video and it is also great that you did it by hand first but that is also a lot of work than a machine does. And birds do always fight for a piece of meat and you filmed that well too. The bread looks very delicious. B.G, Tine and i wish you hereby a pleasant weekend.

    👍 #3 Hello Andrea, I found this super interesting to watch. You work *so so hard* to produce the Rye, Wheat and Spelt and there are so many processes and it's good that you are sharing your *learned knowledge - tricks of the farmer* without machinery to do the job (aside from when you summon the wind with the large blue machine). Blimey! the Spelt was more of a challenge and 3 times in the machine just to get satisfactory results, again is a LOT of hard work. Every credit to you Andrea for all the hard work and for your commitment to helping Nature whenever you can. Also some great raptors at the start of the video my dear friend. Take care. 👍◕‿◕

    • @AndreaNature
      @AndreaNature  Рік тому +1

      Thank You so much dear Jane for watching this long video too! The Raptors at the start were Black kites and I was surprised they were having an argument over a tiny piece of food! A basic teaching to our superior race! ^ ^ In this video I used clips that I did not film intentionally to make a video, so I am really glad if the result was understandable! Warm hugs, dear Jane!

    • @WildlifeBirdsUK
      @WildlifeBirdsUK Рік тому

      @@AndreaNature I thought they were Black Kites and you seem to see them regularly. Where I have been travelling to recently, there are Red Kites commonly seen. As I have rarely seen Red Kites before, it is a massive thrill for me. And they usually fly so slow that they are easy to keep in the camera frame. Are Black Kites easy to film too? Having said that, you have to be within camera range. It was a really interesting video Andrea and shows how hard you work your land, my dear friend. 👍◕‿◕

    扇風機に入れても脱穀できない場合、精米機か精麦機を使うしかないのでしょうか。

    • @AndreaNature
      @AndreaNature  10 місяців тому

      コメントありがとうございます!やってみたかったところですが、精米機も精麦機もないので、できるか分かりません。無農薬のもみつき米を知り合いの農家から購入しているので、玄米にするのにこの動画で使った籾摺り機を持っていて、使ったらうまくいきました。しかし高価な機械ですから、どうやって手作業でできるかまだ考え中です。やっぱり手だけでやりたいですね・・汗

    • @DreamPaRK38
      @DreamPaRK38 10 місяців тому +1

      ご返信ありがとうございます。
      精米機より圧倒的に少ない籾摺り機械なんですね。
      手作業だとすり鉢に入れてソフトボールでゴリゴリするそうです、その作業に相当する動作を家電に代用させる方法はいくつか考えられます。
      扇風機モーターとダイソーのザルでなんとかなる気がします。
      いろいろ試してみます👍

      >手作業だとすり鉢に入れてソフトボールでゴリゴリするそうです
      これもやってみましたがダメでした。古代小麦の殻は固くて実を出せませんでした・・ 穂を少し残しておきましたので、この冬に時間が出来次第他にいろいろ試してみたいと思います。
      自信はありませんが、うまくいったらお知らせします。^ヮ^/

    • @DreamPaRK38
      @DreamPaRK38 10 місяців тому

      私は、どこにでもあるもので代用することに強いこだわりがあります。
      扇風機モーターを利用して、市販のもみすり機や精米機を模倣することは可能なようでしたが、加工費と材料費だけで中古の精米機に並ぶようでした。
      家庭用精米機が大量生産されているらしい現代なら、自作しなくとも中古型落ち精米機で十分じゃないかと考えました。
      ↓精米機で無理やり脱穀するすごい人

      古代麦の謎についてはわかりませんが、
      世界遺産シューシュタルに古代の水力式製粉機なるものがあるそうです。
      2500年前には、すでに品種改良がかなり進んでいたのかもしれません。
