However, after watching the entire season of The Book of Boba Fett, it made me realize that Boba doesn't want to be a criminal mastermind, like Jabba the Hutt, but rather as a protector, possibly as a way to make amends for all the evil deeds he has committed in the past, both as a former bounty hunter and as a person. Love it... Grogu and Din being together again was a great joy for me. I even teary eyed the moment Grogu jump in Din's arms. Din and Grogu truly have a special bond with each other, and I am sure it will only grow stronger during The Mandalorian's next season. What were your favorite moment in this episode? Either way, LOVED the episode. LOVED your reaction. Stay strong. Stay safe. Love you both from the bottom of my heart, my friends... Daniel
Scorpenek Annihilator Droids are the extremely rare droids built by the CIS military, when palpatine saw the design he had to sabotage them because they were more then capable of whipping out clone armies and Jedi.
Wow I've watched several reactions now and of course watch the show myself with the wife, and never realized but when grogu pull that part off of that robot thing and it hit him in the chest so hard to knock him backwards his little bescar vest protected him. I just realized when you said he's got the little shirt on LOL. Great reaction you guys like always
With the Force even the smallest creature can move mountains(in an EU comic it shows Grandmaster Yoda go to planet and he took on a literal mountain being and he defeated it by using the force). Grogu is very powerful and him taming a Rancor proves that. Also the legendary King of the Bounty Hunters Cad Bane went down in the middle of nowhere by Boba Fett by way of piecing his heart. You can see it as poetic justice considering that Cad has killed so many clones and he is killed by the Alpha Clone himself and also Cad let his own grudge for the Fetts get the better of him and that partly let to his downfall.
I would love later, with Mando visiting Boba's palace, asking where Grogu is and Fennec says downstairs playing with the rancor. And the rancor's acting like a big happy pup seeing Grogu again.
I’m really hoping we get to see either Luke or Ahsoka giving Din a basic rundown lesson in lightsaber combat, or even helping him to clear his mind and lessen the weight of the saber. Maybe in season 3??? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Sadly, guys, I think Cad Bane is dead. But I still think Kingpin didn’t die in Hawkeye, only got blinded like in the comics, and he’ll be back in Echo.

Fun fact: the modder shown in the post credit scene is played by a musician by the name of Thundercat. Some of his most well known songs include, Them Changes, Dragonball Durag, and Funny Thing.
Holy mother of rancor that's was the best finale in star wars ever. Full of mafia western showdown, rancor riding, boba and dinn tag team, groggy back, boba vs cad bane high noon duel and Cobb maybe return. All in all they best episode to date in star wars period
That was such an excellent final chapter of this Book of Boba Fett. I really hope that Disney+ are working on the ‘publication’ of the second volume of The Book of Boba Fett. Publication date 2023? 🤞
This episode, to me, was enjoyable for what it was. It felt very much Robert Rodriguez style, and I liked his episodes for that; the action, the comedy, and that sort of thing. It doesn't feel very Star Wars to me though. I really hope that the beeping from Cad Bane meant he would survive, and I'm hoping that future series hit a little more Star Wars feels; the story, the philosophy, the exploring of the unknown.
The biggest thing I didn't expect going into this show, putting aside the Grogu, Mandalorian, Ahsoka and Luke of it all, is that my least favourite episodes of the series would all be directed by Robert Rodriguez.
Huge fan of Justified, so I really want to see Timothy Olyphant more in star wars. *Fingers crossed. Can't wait to watch this episode when I get home. LOVED the last 2 episodes so much.
Cad Bane has always been a villain, and eventually the villain has to be defeated. And it makes perfect sense for it to be at Boba Fett's hands, as they have a history of being at odds.
The “Fettnale” (thank you Wendy🤣) was so freaking awesome. I kinda wish that Cad Bane survived because we just got him in live action FINALLY! But I’m glad it was Boba that killed him, since he was originally supposed to kill him in Clone Wars anyway. And for me this finale made up for the lack of Boba in the past 2 episodes, not only because of his duel with Cad Bane but also because he and Din Djarin have now become the deadliest tag team in Star Wars, AND BOBA RODE A FREAKING RANCOR INTO BATTLE!!!! Also while I kinda wish that Grogu stayed with Luke and became a true Jedi I’m still glad he went back to Din. And I freaking loved that he fell asleep next to the Rancor like a toddler with a Labrador.😭🤣
Being how huge a cash cow Grogu is for Disney, their was no way he was going to choose the lightsaber. Last week we got The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, this week we got Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, growing up on Westerns I really appreciate the callback.
I think that was a VERY good way for Cad Bane to go out. Killed by someone he has probably the MOST history with, from the whole cut (and seemingly canon) arc of him training Boba to the fact that he was done in by a clone. I think the only reason it stings is because he was JUST introduced in Live Action.
If Star Wars has taught us anything nobody is really dead, those with the force can come back, either as force ghosts or like Darth Maul, those without force get mechanised like Fennec. Seeing someone die in Star Wars has no meaning untill confirmed even then it can be retconned. This isn’t a complaint by the way death having no meaning doesn’t bother me I always enjoy how they will make some surprisingly survive or come back from death because of done right and it suits it’s story it’s amazing but it’s tricky it has to be done right. Basically I enjoy the how rather then the why
In my opinion, I think Grogu made the wrong decision in returning back to Din Djarin. I understand why he chose Din Djarin, but the Mandalorian never taught Grogu anything and Grogu had his way with him. Whereas he would be trained to become a “Great Jedi” by “The Greatest Jedi Master”, Luke Skywalker. Luke was not only teaching him about the ways of the force, but discipline and knowledge as well; “Do not try. Do.” You can’t say he was mistreating Grogu. We all saw how kind and patient Luke was with him. It’s a shame that in the flashback, the Jedi fought to the bitter end protecting the youngling. And after all that, he still chose to forsake the Jedi’s sacrifice. Grogu will still have force powers, but will he be able to control his powers like a disciplined Jedi? Even some of the best Jedi lost fell to their enemies. There was still so much to learn. And who knows, being the first student in Luke’s school, he could have even helped Luke in confronting Kilo Ren and stopping the massacre before it happened…
so basically this show's purpose was to return grogu to din in a roundabout way in time for mandalorian season 3. that's it. oh and boba fett was in this show i guess XD i only wish we got cad bane for longer... but who know's he had that blinking light maybe he survived
Made sure to get up early to watch this before work so now I can binge all my reactors. Great job 👏 I had your reaction with Bane too, I definitely said NOOO!!!! 😫😖
I would have to say I disagree on the "everyone wants to see a Luke story" comment. I for one, as a lifelong star wars fan, and pretty much done with the skywalkers, and like that we have these shows that are telling stories of other characters. Otherwise, great video. Keep up the great work. :)
I saw a theory that the thing on Cads chest started blinking after his death. That maybe it’s calling his droid. That’d be cool cuz I freaking love Bane!
Reasons I like the Mod gang in episodes 3 and 7. 1. I like things that are unusual for Star Wars. It never had time travel before until towards the end of Rebels season 4 with the "World between worlds" Some could say that it feels out of place for Star wars. I loved it and the mods for being something different.. 2. I Really like Drash, the one with the red droid arm played by Sophie Thatcher. Not only do I think she is cute, she reminds me of a friend . I like how she uses her knife, how she drives her scooter, how she is determined to accomplish what ever it is that she wants to. She is a bad ass and she also reminds my of Jyn Erso from Rogue One. 3. I think that young people as a group has never been explored or represented in Star Wars before besides Younglings and I think it is about time they are. 4. Having the Mods in the show, allows the viewer to see things from a different perspective. we didn't know that there were not job opportunities. We need to see all different types of people on Tattoine, not just moisture farmers, gangsters, crime boss's, Jawa's, Sand people, business owners, Twi'lek slaves and musicians. Why can't we have teenagers or people in their 20's? Star Wars is for everyone, not just small children and men in their 40'sand 50's. 5. I like that the mods are cybernetically enhanced. I recently watched Alita Battle Angel and wished that they could some how do something like that in Star Wars and in Boba Fett episodes 3 and 7, they did! Droids parts on Humans is not new for Star Wars. Besides Fennec Shand and the mods, other Star Wars characters that were cybernetically enhanced are: Anikin Skywalker/Darth Vader Darth Maul in the Clone Wars Echo from Clone Wars/Bad Batch General Grievous Lobot-Lando's aid from Cloud City Luke Skywalker Savage Opress- Darth Maul's brother in the Clone wars Saw Gerrera in Rogue One ================================================ 1
Okay sorry about the Confusion on the book title for the star wars book I gave you guys it's called the heart of Jedi not the heart of gold I got my syfy confused and I apologize to everyone but if you wanna get the book it's called the heart of Jedi or the heart of the Jedi And it's free for PDF files or if you're star wars collector and you wanna pay star wars collector prices of the book is going anywhere between $149.00 -1,200.00 LOOK FOR HEART OF THE JEDI BOOK 98-99 NEVER RELEASED WAS BRIEFLY RELEASED BUT STOPPED BY DISNEY!!!
Disappointed that Grogu chose to return to Din. It was cute seeing them together during the 2nd season but this choice to have him return relegates Grogu to just comic relief.
I mean... Boba was considered dead in the Sarlacc and Maul got literally split in twain and they brought those dudes back so who knows what the future will hold for Cad Bane tbh haha I think something else to consider is, now that they have established Cad in live action, we have a decent chance to see him again in shows taking place in the past, like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Andor. Whatever the future timeline holds, I don't think this is the last time we see him.
Boba Fett vs Cad Bane, the Sequel (because this was the second time that they've fought each other) the first time ended in a draw (basically). This one? The victor: Boba Fett. One legend, defeated by another 😤.
TV Tropes says that, Bane may have gotten the last laugh, in calling Boba a killer, going down by the hand of his own student, and whatnot 🤷♂️. But, it also says, Boba killing Bane with a weapon that represents camaraderie, which basically means Boba was like, "take that final lesson and shove it" 😠😡 (uh, excuse me for the rude language 😅), because he meant it when he told Fennec that camaraderie and family has made him stronger 😉😎👍.
Guys I don't think Cad Bane is dead. The beeping sound you noticed means his life support was activated and I'm sure that annoying droid of his will show up to save him. His anatomy and prosthetics mean that Boba's killing blow didn't actually kill him. Filoni and Rodriguez would never allow us to hear that beeping sound without a reason. So chin up, we will be seeing more of live action Cad cuz he is MONEY.
Surprised you guys didn’t catch the modified theme at the end. Sad to see Bane go, but it had to happen sooner or later. He could come back, but I doubt it.
Dave sure knows how to payoff everything that he has set up. Ok so first if there's 1 thing I've learned over the years "it's unwise to upset a Wookie" . I had to catch myself saying "DON'T YOU KILL THAT ________" At numerous points throughout this episode because HO BOY they did A LOT. From BK doing the Wookie being bsdass. To the unexpected teamwork. To the massive respect between Din and Boba. To R2 basically just strolling into Peli's shop like he owns the place(bummed there was no bit where Peli is like "R5 what do you mean you know him?") There is little bad I can say about this episode, or this season as a whole. Where else are you gonna get a Rancor rodeo, Yoda's species taming then napping by a rancor, TTFFB(Thank the Force for Beskar), uber Droidikas, and the end of Bane....who died as he lived........LIKE A BOSS(another missed opportunity to inter cut that fight with the unfinished CW arc where Boba gets the dent, but props to that call back to Boba and Koska Reeve in Mandalorian season 2). I hope we see more from this crew because DANK FERRIK it's just wizard

*R.I.P. to those two unnamed Gamorreans*
After serving two ruthless crime lords they almost lived to see a new peaceful age of Tatooine.
14:49 was one if my favorite parts of your guys reaction 🤣 gotta love the mandolorians 😍
I would love later, with Mando visiting Boba's palace, asking where Grogu is and Fennec says downstairs playing with the rancor. And the rancor's acting like a big happy pup seeing Grogu again.
Tbh, Fennec is the MVP in this episode. If only she does what she's done sooner [or given order], many lives will be saved.
If they had held up in the Palace and used the fire spray on the droids no lives would likely have been lost.
I'm also glad Cobb survived.
I like hearing you guys talk pre and post. Love it
I’m really hoping we get to see either Luke or Ahsoka giving Din a basic rundown lesson in lightsaber combat, or even helping him to clear his mind and lessen the weight of the saber. Maybe in season 3??? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Sadly, guys, I think Cad Bane is dead. But I still think Kingpin didn’t die in Hawkeye, only got blinded like in the comics, and he’ll be back in Echo.
Cob Vanth went Bacta the Future.
love it 😂
Yo become robomsrshal
19:20 To quote Grimlock from Transformers: Cyberverse; (in Robot Mode: "When the civilized way fails, one must call upon a little friend, called:" (transforms into Dinobot Mode) " *BRUTE FORCE!!* " 😎
18:24 This puts a smile on my face 😌
Thanks, Dustin! Thanks, Wendy! 👾 I love Chapter 7... and I loved the series as a whole. I think Chapters 2, 5 and 6 were the strongest, all things considered. Next up: season 2 of THE BAD BATCH, OBI-WAN KENOBI, ANDOR and season 3 of THE MANDALORIAN!!!
minute 10:50 great tribute to lee van cleef aka angel eyes
Fennec had to travel to Mos Eisley where the Pike leadership was. The main battle was in Mos Espa where Fennec started from.
Fun fact: the modder shown in the post credit scene is played by a musician by the name of Thundercat. Some of his most well known songs include, Them Changes, Dragonball Durag, and Funny Thing.
Cobb Vanth, Vanth refrigeration!
We definitely need Grogu teaching Din like kids today teach parents about tech "No no no, you did it like this"
Holy mother of rancor that's was the best finale in star wars ever. Full of mafia western showdown, rancor riding, boba and dinn tag team, groggy back, boba vs cad bane high noon duel and Cobb maybe return. All in all they best episode to date in star wars period
24:07 Din was right, Grogu's a very special kid 🤗.
Since Boba's Rancor is still a calf (juvenile), he's still yet to be fully grown 🤯😁😎.
New arm would be my guess. Talk about increased draw speed.
Boba should've been the one to kill the Pyke leader, so he can get some closure on his Tusken tribe's massacre.
You just know that after learning about Padme's past, he started calling himself Prince Luke Skywalker- Jedi Master.
Padme was never actually royalty. She was an elected official
@@jacobjantke6886 I think she was _both_ an elected official, as well as royalty 🤔.
“This is the Way!”
“Like a Bantha!”
Cad bane had a long service as a bounty hunter and he is a old bounty hunter
Being how huge a cash cow Grogu is for Disney, their was no way he was going to choose the lightsaber. Last week we got The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, this week we got Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, growing up on Westerns I really appreciate the callback.
18:25 Clan Mudhorn is whole again 🥺🤗.
Had to subscribe! Been liking your videos for a minute!...lol! Great reaction as usual. Keep em' coming!!!
Thanks for subbing!
Wendy, I have to borrow that!!! I'm referring to this episode as the Fett-nale for the rest of the day!!!
🤣🤣🤣
I was half expecting the x-wing to do a fly-by and take care of the droids, but then I forgot Fett had a Rankor.
According to TV Tropes, Scorpenek droids are _anti-tank_ droids 😰😱, think Destroyers but much larger and no rolling 🤔.
And who knows, being the first student in Luke’s school, he could have even helped Luke in confronting Kilo Ren and stopping the massacre before it happened…
so basically this show's purpose was to return grogu to din in a roundabout way in time for mandalorian season 3. that's it. oh and boba fett was in this show i guess XD
i only wish we got cad bane for longer... but who know's he had that blinking light maybe he survived
There was something ticking when Boba left Bane. There's still a possibility that he survived somehow.
He’s probably more machine than man.
Cad Bane died the way he would had wanted.
Next Spinoff series: RoboCobb?
15:49
Krrsantan actually has metal plates surgically implanted under his skin 👌
Besides Fennec Shand and the mods, other Star Wars characters that were cybernetically enhanced are: Anikin Skywalker/Darth Vader
Darth Maul in the Clone Wars
Echo from Clone Wars/Bad Batch
General Grievous
Lobot-Lando's aid from Cloud City
Luke Skywalker
Savage Opress- Darth Maul's brother in the Clone wars
Saw Gerrera in Rogue One

Okay sorry about the Confusion on the book title for the star wars book I gave you guys it's called the heart of Jedi not the heart of gold I got my syfy confused and I apologize to everyone but if you wanna get the book it's called the heart of Jedi or the heart of the Jedi And it's free for PDF files or if you're star wars collector and you wanna pay star wars collector prices of the book is going anywhere between $149.00 -1,200.00
LOOK FOR
HEART OF THE JEDI BOOK 98-99 NEVER RELEASED WAS BRIEFLY RELEASED BUT STOPPED BY DISNEY!!!
Disappointed that Grogu chose to return to Din. It was cute seeing them together during the 2nd season but this choice to have him return relegates Grogu to just comic relief.
I hope they release footage of the table read, and it's mostly Robert Rodriguez and Jon Favreau playing with action figures.
Grogu runaway from luke 😂🤣 i think he did the same shit too yoda back in the empire strike back 😂
I mean... Boba was considered dead in the Sarlacc and Maul got literally split in twain and they brought those dudes back so who knows what the future will hold for Cad Bane tbh haha
I think something else to consider is, now that they have established Cad in live action, we have a decent chance to see him again in shows taking place in the past, like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Andor. Whatever the future timeline holds, I don't think this is the last time we see him.
Wonder if there's any surviving Aqualish, Trandoshans, or Klatooinians 🤔, and whether or not Boba would be willing to show mercy to them 🤔?
12:15 Right?? Like whose idea was to put the Wookie with the Trandoshans? They'd kill each other even if they weren't betraying Boba. XD
Cad Bane made me think of Lee VanCleff.
Where did you get that boba fett jacket?
Season finale reintroducing Krrasanton and Boba Fett learned how to ride his new rancor
People say that there is too much Mandalorian in the Book of Boba Fett.
What if the Book of Boba Fett is just a chapter in the Mandalorian Saga?
I wonder if we'll see Cad Bane vs Young Boba in The Bad Batch Season 2?
Now we all need is a series about Cobb Vanth
Love the new intro graphic!
Great reaction to the finale, Wendy & Dustin! Yeah, too bad they killed Cad Bane. Grogu got his dad's gift though... ;)
This was such an amazing season finale, and I absolutely loved your reaction to it.❤❤❤❤❤
Dustin is never happy!
As Cad's the one that put the dent in Boba's helmet. Would be great to see it in Bad Batch.
Surprised you guys didn’t catch the modified theme at the end.
Sad to see Bane go, but it had to happen sooner or later. He could come back, but I doubt it.
The funny is that neither of those two are actually Mandalorian. Cob goes to Rangers of the New Republic..eventually.
This episode was great!!!! Enjoyed the reaction!! 💪🙏🏽
