AYUTTHAYA, THAILAND - 9 INCREDIBLE Temples In One Day!
Вставка
- Опубліковано 19 лип 2024
- In this video, you'll see us travel in 3rd class on the train to Ayutthaya. We then try to track down some vegan street food at the local night market.
The next morning, we're out on our bicycle's to explore Ayutthaya Historical Park. We buy a combo ticket for 220 baht, which entitles us to visit 6 of the temple ruins inside the park.
In all, we visit 9 temples, not all of which are in ruins - some are very much still maintained and in good use by the local community. Some of the temples are visited as part of a sunset boat tour which circumnavigates the entire city.
As well as visiting temples, we also try bamboo sticky rice for the first time. It's soooo good!
We hope you enjoy the video. Our next video will cover our visit to Kanchanaburi. Please do SUBSCRIBE to ensure you don't miss it!
During our stay in Ayutthaya, we stayed at Siri Guesthouses, which we recommend. Check out the latest prices at fave.co/40SrL1B

Simply amazing!! Lovely video👌🏾🎉
Thank you so much 🤗
Wow, this looks amazing. We love Thailand but haven't made it to Ayutthaya. Added to our list for 2024 now - thank you!
Oh yes, you should! We had a great time. Thanks for watching guys! 😊
Have you ever been to Ayutthaya? Or, are you thinking about visiting? Let us know!
I've never been to Thailand but would love to see it someday 😇

We had plans to visit the exact places you mentioned, but we weren’t issued with long enough visas. The UK and India were having diplomatic issues at the time. We hope to visit South India sometime in the future.
Why are you wearing masks on that train? I thought Thailand dropped all of that stuff. Was this filmed recently? I'm going to Ayutthaya as part of my trip in early 2024
Hiya. Thanks for your comment. This was filmed in December 2022. We’re WAY behind on uploading videos. We hope you have an amazing trip. Let us know if there’s anything you need help with.
Thank you - really enjoy your Thailand series, will be looking forward to more to help me prepare! @@heretotravel
Ayutthaya is pronounced in Thai as "ar - yoot - ta - ya"
And the 8th temple that you visited , During the Ayutthaya period, this temple was a training ground for new warriors in the kingdom. It was known as one of the best sword schools.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing this info! 😊
