The size of the seatpost clamp doesn't matter. If the clamp is a part of the seat tube this hack should work regardless of the seat tube size. I didn't use the clamp that came with the kit because the clamp on my bike was permanently attached to the top of the seat tube. If your clamp isn't permanently attached you can just use the clamp that comes in the Abus kit.
@@thomaswhitney8097 perfect thanks. Great to know it will work for me too. I do have the same setup as you and I do like the Abus setup so you don’t have to all different sort of keys for seats and wheels like other systems. Now I feel my Brooks saddle has a chance.
