RIP Geordie 😔
RIH Geordie Walker, keep dancing with that guitar
I absolutely love this! Love how the video focuses on Geordie while Jaz sings, "Remember absent friends..." 2:05. So moving. Forever Remain Geordie ❤ Love you guys ❤❤
I met jaz and Kevin when I was young 😂😂
Nice guys to much to say😊
See you later Geordie 😢 rest in peace mate.
RIP Geordie
RIP G
Thanks for existing. My life is better with your existence. the secret teachings have given me some peace but it’s music in the end that completes me.
mix of joke and division....sounds great
I bought the album in the 90's. This track was called Transient Place on the CD. Freispiel was the name of the CD. Jaz, Geordie and Hookey are not on all the tracks. Anyone here remember the band Can? Same vibe as this track - and Holger Czukay who co-founded Can (I think) produced it and plays on a few tracks.
I'm a mine of useless information.
Great footage! One of the best things I've received in my notification box in ages. Jaz, Geordie, Hooky et al- thankyou!
This is the Dream Team!
Jaz Coleman - 🙏🏻 a brilliant mind and a Shining Soul - keep sharing your light and shine brightly - much appreciation ✨☀️
I wish they would not turn off the like ratio. It would help grow the channel. More people reached are more people educated by Killing Joke.
thank you jaz. means a lot to me right now..
What the heck?!?!?! I'm in awe. Can't describe how amazing it is to see this. Thank you so much.
Very mellow for Killing Joke..😆🤩😎🎸👀 Hooky Sounds great!!
Não consigo parar de ouvir
Hookys base sound certainly fits with the Killing Joke vibes.
Nope.
The Gift on The Liminanas ( French) album is another track by Hook 👍 ACE
@@deletebilderbergreally? Troll somewhere else!
What a brilliant team.
What a gem 🔥
Ah, I spot a D-50. It lifts the spirits to see stuff like this -thank you!
K DIVISION 1993. Beautiful!!!
Awesome great trio
It's a really compelling vocal pattern. I'm impressed. Its fluid and modern..
I love JD forever, and have really wnjoyed seeing hook and Bernardpop up way more in my feed the past 2 yrs, Even with Joy division no more they do a lot of great collaborative work and I hope they continue to do their own work and collaborate. Then I love killing joke and would say much of the same of the members of that band and so reading through these comments Love to all these artists and it's sad to see we're here to mourn that Geordie now has passed, and nyabe theres...arches here, to Hook workong with Kj there in this song
majestic...wow
Absolutely fantastic
I love Geordie's little guitar dance! ♥2:05
Tradermark Geordie dance
@@fungifago they are touring again 🙏👍👏🤡
That was just amazing.
This rules
More of this please!
Grazie per questa perla. Ti amo Jaz 💖
Part2..years and years ago I had a deep love for a man and after years of false promises and bad timing that love I carry in my heart til we die...it just came to mind after this clip. (.L. Franklin)
Cool shit
we pass through this life - with the faces we know -and the friends that we love -we must shed as we go - in the transient place - i have loved you the most - i'll remember your smile - when i give up the ghost.
remember all your passions - remember every day -remember all your lovers - remember all your pain.
we pass through this life - with the faces we know -and the friends that we love -we must shed as we go - in the transient place - i have loved you the most - i'll remember your smile - when i give up the ghost.
remember celebrations - remember absent friends - remember cherrished moments - today will last for ever - today's forever.......
- forever and ever.

Yes....🤘🎸 The gods of independent music.
They were all on major record labels 😂😂😂
@@zippymufo9765 I believe it was a jam session in Germany (1993/4)?
Hooky, had time on his hands, Barney, was probably going nuts😎
Stephen & Gillian, were making babies & counting 🐑, I haven't heard from Killing Joke for ages
They never seem to care about promoting their music like other bands 🤡
I would be so very grateful for more...
The bass fits perfectly imo , Youth always (historically) had a lot of treble and it gave it that authenticity .
So imo Hooky was an ideal parallel
@@philquantrill5327 glad to 🤳 on UA-cam
I never saw Joy Division
Seen KJ once in 1983
Seen New Order many times, until 2006
I just can't stand all the electronic stuff, I don't blame Hooky, for leaving
He could of announced to the band by more respectful 🤝 Saved the friendship in pride
This is priceless ... I can´t listen to this without imagining Ian Curtis in that room singing along with Jaz or Jaz managing to somehow invoke the spirit of what Curtis used to do ... something weird which confuses the senses going on in this .
I'd definitely have to agree. I think this also shows how important Hooky was to NO and more importantly JD. He single handedly revived that vibe and sound
@@BrandonJFlores You know , what you just typed is what I didn´t in order to make the comment shorter . Couldn´t agree more , one of the most charismatic sounding bass players out there .
I remember hearing Mark Radcliffe, ( I think ) 93/94 UK Radio - not sure
Been great if Hooky, had left new order because Bernard, was interested in electronic and pop sound
Boring, K:J & Joy Division are the best 2 bands.
Beautiful 👌💚
Amazing stuff. Where’s this been hiding all these years? KJ is a big influence on my approach to music creation amongst a select few others.
This is amazing, thank you !
great composition.
ddddddddddddddddddddddddddddamn! that was so good.
schorchio, soz Hooky!💚🖖
Don't give up yet
.... outstanding....!!! 🎶💜
Brilliant!
Masterpiece
I love you! 🤩💞 Saludos desde México!
IL reste encore des pépites à découvrir. Fabuleux !
En 1993, nous ne n'imaginions pas qu'une telle collaboration avait pu exister, la rencontre de 2 des groupes les plus inspirants des années 80.
C’est superbe et magnifique 🖤🎶
Love it, cheers.
veramente bellissimo :O
What an absolute hidden treasure! Brilliant.
Class
thanks...
Fantastic!!
Wszyscy, których uwielbiam!
Amazing to see and to listen to.
La pureza en carne viva
🖤🥀🖤
❤️💣
Think it was recorded in 1993... Republic's era Hooky's haircut...
Anyone know if this is a one off song or did they do a full album together
They made an EP that includes 3 songs
This would be just around the time New Order would go on another "Hiatus". Hooky and Barney just don't mix well. And this song alone beats the second half of Republic.
Geodie gives me Steve Severin vibes (how he looks and moves) although Steve is a bassist.
Is this recording through the valve console, if so what is its make and model please?
Honestly, how the fuck are Hooky,Jaz and Geordie looking so young here ? Is there some editing wizardry going on here,it's like going back 10 or 20 years ago
This was filmed in 1993
Maybe because it's from almost 30 years ago
@@gustavoleguizamon6270 yeah,I was being a little cheeky there,my son had posted this on his FB page, and he was gobsmacked as to how young they looked - I just had to comment on this,I hope they find the rest of the tracks from this session.
@@jjwhittle8873 yeah,my son posted this on his FB page, thought it was brand new but couldn't understand why they looked so young,so I quickly commented here to add to his confusion. I'll tell him tomorrow these were from sessions back in '93,just hope the rest of the tracks come to see the light of day.
Heee heee that’s magic 🪄
I like Killing Division better...
You hear very clear the two typical elements from both why always complaining.
Brilliant!
