@@The_Koi_Pit when I built it I was up against it with time I ordered hard wood timber to go on the top of the pond as capping over the liner etc but they sent me soft pine didn’t have time to get it sorted so painted them but there all bowed now look pants so I’m after getting some scaffold bourds unbanded and then ile put them on mitre the corners etc then jobs a fish just on the look out for some now that won’t cost the earth I’m going to build planters round the top too out of them so going to need about 12 lengths I rekon
@@The_Koi_Pit yeah I am mate I used to have plants all round the edges of my old pond that was a sleeper pond no window only 4 sleepers high but dug down 4 ft had shelves in it and a foot path going over the top of it looked nice but moved house and started a new one
I think this is one of my favorite sleeper pond builds I’ve seen. Nicely done! Just subscribed

@@Brand-Family-Koi-Adventures planters around the top will look rad. Idk why but I’m a big fan of incorporating plants into koi ponds when possible
