This is so exciting for me I'm going to buy an aluminum Turkish style Darbouka and an Egyptian doumbek. I embrace eastern music more each day. So unique and full of joy
Omar, great lesson ... just as long as you don't expect us to be anywhere close to being as fast as you were at the end! I really appreciate the split screens. Glad to have you back, buddy!!
Hello and thank you for the wonderful lessons! Can you please tell me the best place to buy a Darbuka. I love the one you’re playing is beautiful as is your playing❤ Very nice
Hi this vidéo is very difficult for me to understand the rythm. So you start the rythm with 8 notes but after there is 9 ! I m very confuse, someone can help me ?

Thank you for this lesson. The first whole pattern practice, did you play a bit faster in the middle of it or am I imaging it?
Maybe I go faster after showing slowly the first pattern
Yay! Another new tutorial! Love it thank you❤️ is there any possibility to explain the difference between 'z' and 's', please? Thank you!🌹
The zek has a bit more of a rack sound to it. The slap does not. Hope that helps!
