    Thanks for your tutorials, they help me a lot. I have been playing darbuka for one month and practice every day. I have two questions: is it normal that it is much more difficult for me to play the k with my index finger instead of my ring finger? and how long did you practice until you got so fast?

    Have you tried Roland HPD20 and/or Korg Wavedrum?
    If so, do you believe they are good enough for studio purpose of playing these rhytms?

    I’m here for the third time over a certain period of time. 😁 watching and pausing and slowing the speed of this tutorial! I believe I’ll master it soon. This time it’s already better 😁🤪

    Tooooo fast for beginner, need that beat explained clearer and slower so can pause and practice. But can’t get it even with pausing
