Wow, I wish my Uni was just a little bit like UCLA :O Btw, I had no idea that acapella groups were a real thing! Hahaha, the girls sounded great! I've been feeling exactly like that lately, like I'm doing just the same as everyone else is doing, like I'm just part of this very big group of people that have the same aims, which are graduating and stuff and I really want to change it... University is not necessarily a place where people can't express their own opinions and individual desires, though a large part of people that go to universities in Slovenia, Europe do it because they don't really know what to DO else then follow the crowd. But for me (I'm majoring in Visual Communication on Academy of Fine Arts and Design) it has been ALL about figuring yourself out - as a person and a designer/photographer/creator of visual content. Even too much, if I am honest :) I never feel more "I have to find myself for myself" then when I am at Academy. I also work and do freelance stuff in the field, so I have a little perspective. Sometimes I even miss feeling like a part of the crowd, because everyone just wants to see what I really want to do and I don't really knew :) I don't think I'll ever really know, so I just keep on creating new things :) Cheers for the Vlogs, they are great!
Nick Miller I really like how you are philosophical in your videos, really nice because everytime I see them it makes me reflect about how that concept applies to my life. So thanks! ps: you should come to Peru for coffee, it is AMAZING here, plus it would be the BEST to meet you!!!!!

I want to gather some of my friends from different parts of the world and travel together :) So far I have travelled to and/or have friends in: Peru, The Bahamas, the USA and the UK. I want to go to New Zealand, South Africa, Switzerland, Iceland and the UK (again) but this time to live there. I live in Canada currently. At the moment I can't travel many places because I'm 15 and in school ;p

Awesome vlog guys! Well, Im so excited to finally finish school (1 year left). Of course, then I'll go to university but that's way better than school! :)
I must say I don't really agree with you on the school and uni thing. Of course you're growing up and you're figuring out who you are/want to be but there are a ton of options to stand out from the crowd and/or contribute to society. There are lots of groups and committees you could join to focus on things besides school that you like or aspire to do. And even when the existing committees don't focus on what you want to do you can start your own! For instance, I started a party committee at school which organized some of the coolest high school parties each year and together with selling the tickets to these parties we raised a lot of money for charity. Also, I loved making videos so I asked certain teachers if they could give us a video assignment in art class, which turned out pretty fun for all of us (some even made it to local TV). I think it's easy to think your opinion doesn't matter because you are a just a kid or get stuck in the 'school life' and not go the extra mile. If you'd like to do something your school doesn't really support it's so worth it to try and convince them to still support it! I look back on those things and am really proud of what I accomplished at such a young age (and at my graduation the school gave me a special speech because at first they thought I was crazy with all my ideas, but in the end they saw I influenced a lot of students to do similar and productive things). It's so worth it!
My cousin did his Undergrad at UCLA. Much nicer campus than at The Ohio State University, where I did my Undergrad. There isn't the unity of styles of buildings like at UCLA. Though they complained a lot, and were idiots driving in it. They surely needed those 4 days of rain. I hope they get many more days of it soon, so that the water will soak into the ground and not just run off into the rivers to the ocean.
