    No one will ever convince me the Pain Res nerf was necessary, the perk became absolutely obsolete. If they wanted to change it they could have just moved the scourges location everytime a survivor was hooked in one

      maybe add a little bonus once you got all unique hooks, all gens get regressed. People might start running grim embrace with it to get the synergy. It will be annoying, but I feel like the killer deserves the bonus for getting the unique hooks.

      Personally, every killer I verse has it, 70% of the time with Dead Man Switch, and it is as boring as seeing Dead Hardx4 and Circle of Healing on every survivor team

    One problem with the medkit-changes I see not many people talk about is the add-ons: The by far most viable add-ons are always going to be either the syringe or stiptic (for obvious reasons) or add-ons that give you extra heals. With the current changes its only possible to get an extra heal if you use the green and yellow one together. That leaves us with only 3 ways to realisticly use add-ons on medkits, making so many add-ons completely useless. They even went further and nerfed already bad add-ons even more. How we love saving 0.2 seconds on a heal, what a great add-on. We need a complete add-on pass on medkits with new fun effects instead of this madness.

      It’s sad because now CoB is such a bad perk. But they did the same thing to eruption. It was fine, then they buffed it beyond belief, then it became meta and instead of nerfing it to its original values that weren’t problematic at all, they gutted it.

    The actual big problem with medkits relies on people just bringing common medkits as they're worth the exact same as a purple one. It's plain dumb to make every medkit have the same amount of charges. What they should've done is, like toolboxes, make some medkits useful for healing others, and some others for healing yourself.

      Its not the charges thats the issue tbh. Purple medkits were a problem because they could give you 3.7 heals as a solo player. 10+ heals if you also brought Built To Last. Having all medkits have the same amount of charges is actually great.
      But yeah, the speeds on the medkits werent the issue, it was just the charges. Fixing charges across the board fixed that.
      As for the REAL issues with the medkits, were addons. They just globally increased healing speeds. The change to Abdominal Dressing is by far the biggest evidence that they dont know what the issue was with medkits. Abdominal Dressing is horrible, it was only decent on the purple or yellow medkit, and even then, more charges was better, especially with Hemorrhage being reworked. People mainly used it to speed up Syringe on a grey medkit(and they can still do that right now)
      The true fix to Abdominal Dressing was to rework it entirely. With the current state of medkits, I would rework Abdominal Dressing to an addon that allows you to recharge the medkit, but only if you heal others without a medkit. For each full heal, you gain 1/3rd of a full heal back.
      Syringe and Styptic delete the medkit anyway, so you wouldnt really be able to use it for that. For the remaining Addons, using it for self heals literally doesnt matter, since Solidarity does the same job but better. It also sounds busted with Autodidact, but really, if you heal 3 people with autodidact, you're gonna be at nearly full stacks anyway and dont have a need for the medkit either.
      It would just make medkits slightly more useful.

      @@Predated2 I mean, I'm not talking about what's broken and what's not. I'm talking about design quality. Having all medkits be almost identical is a joke. I honestly prefer an unbalanced but well designed game to a balanced one that features these stupid things.
      And speaking of which, charges were never the problem. Built to Last, being one, simple perk, multiplies your medkit's total charges by 2.5x. The real deal was self-healing time with things like Botany and green medkits. Or even simple grey medkits. Same way it's stupid that every medkit has the same amount of charges, it's stupid that you can heal yourself at the same speed as others heal you, even if medkits are "limited" (which, as described, isn't necessarily true).
      My point is, perks like Object of Obsession got nerfed to the ground because of this way of thinking. And, again, it's because of it that the game's turning so competitive when it used to be more casual. Sadly this doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon.

      @@Predated2 The Speed and charges were the issue, litterly it's annoying doing a chase and if you decide to leave a guy alone in 5 seconds he heals and your pressure is amount to nothing.

      @@Predated2 In my opinion, you made some decent points and I agree that addons need some tweaking, but I also believe the issue of healing is not put into proper context either. I would agree with you on basically all points if we are talking about the upper pinnacle of survive with friends squads. Other than that, your issues with the purple med kit I believe loses steam in regard to casual play and your solo cue survivor. I've played in too many solo cues where survivors turn on their teammates, and mostly hide waiting for the rest of the team to die. Some matches it is like playing with only one teammate against the killer because no help is given from the rest of the team. Any extra heals in that situation are greatly needed to survive so the charges are needed because any decent killer is going to injure you at some point. I do feel like it is a totally different situation with a swf team but solo cue you have to go into a mindset that you have little to no margin of error if you want to survive. I doubt most casual players want that stress & new players will probably stop playing but could possibly pick up the killer role instead. Anyone worth their salt as a killer should be able to tell a swf group from a mostly solo cue group. I understand some killer mains automatically think they are against a swf when they are being out played but it can happen & let's be honest some mains think more highly of themselves then they should. I greatly disagree with coh nerf as well as the nerf to pain resonance & cob. I feel like the developers only take away options from both sides. Additionally, I think the change to dead hard will only encourage tunneling as the logical thing for killers to do is attack the person just unhook as it will be easier to take down rather than going through potentially 3 hits. In the end, I think this will hurt killers over all because healing will get reworked and probably to a stage that will put more pressure on killers especially if none of the gen regression perks receive no buff. Lastly to go back to the point on purple med kits, at this point a decent argument can be made of how many heals it can provide especially with addons. However, the people that have plenty of them will be those that practically live on this game and let's be honest even some killers have plenty of ebony moris but that doesn't mean they always get the 4k even with camping and tunneling so skill level comes into play......new players will not have much access to these things and if so, it will be limited. Not everyone logs in a full 8 hour day on dbd daily. Can I get anyone here to agree that a rank lobby and casual lobby is needed. Perks and addons can be a certain way in rank and a different way in casual....is that so hard for developers this day...or possibly one mode you just play with no addons whatsoever? I mean all these updates do is continually drag the game down but far be it from me if people like an agonizing death.

      @@ALE199-ita If it is 5 seconds, then it is a cheat. If you are taking too long to finish a chase, then yes you should break chase to find another survivor or kick a gen in which that survivor you previously were chasing will eventually heal. If that 5 second is possible, they could heal up in front of you as you kick a pallet, and I haven't experience that yet. The whole part of the chance is mind games too so that gives you great opportunities to work on tactics to outsmart the survivor and in some cases, I've seen some survivors out play their selves running into me for an easy hit. Also, I don't know what killer you are using because some are just better at ending chases than others so you may need to try a different one but keep at it & you'll get them but always remember, you'll always find someone better so eventually someone will always get the better of us but not all.

      My bad I forgot about that. Yeah they should adjust it. Either by removing her lullaby or by reducing the range the visual heartbeats starts until the lullaby is audible.

      I've seen a suggestion for lullabies to have a subtle visual effect around the sides of the screen like some sort of slight haze, that's less reactive than the beating heart is. It'd let you know you're in range but it being more subdued means you're either getting less info out of it or less likely to notice in general.
      Something like that would be hard to find the sweet spot in between good for accessibility and too useful but it's probably better than the big red heart telling you immediately they're coming.

    I honestly think that Nemesis should have had his add-ons reworked as well. Currently, they’re neither fun nor strong so I think a buff or rework would be needed. Imagine Nemesis with an add-on that would give him an extra zombie or two. That would be sick

      Honestly that would be really cool and definitely worthy of an Iridescent add-on. This'll probably sound extreme but I think he should have another Ultra Rare add-on that allows him to pull out a rocket launcher from an opened vaccine crate once he's reached Tier 3. It'd work a bit similar to Iri Head in which it only has one shot and it's insta-down, but if it misses the Survivor by a few feet, they get injured by the blast radius. You also cannot M1 or use your tentacle when it's equipped. Additionally, the rocket launcher has a laser pointer that'll make it easier to aim. The projectile is also slow and can be used to either destroy walls, pallets, or damage generators instead.
      I think this would be a fun, creative and character-fitting Nemesis add-on. Let me know what you guys think

      As a nemi is main I agree right now one of his addons is literally increases the hindered status effect when infected by 0.2 seconds of hate absolutely Terrible considering it starts out only lasting like 0.2 seconds and it only happens when you infect them which gives them a speed boost

    Visual heartbeat shouldn't detect lullaby, most are very hard to hear for a reason, it's not supposed to be as easily detected as the terror radius.
    This straight up destroys Onryo and Trickster's ambush potential.
    I'm all for accessibility, but at some point you have to wonder if a game based on audio and visual cues is for you if you can't see or hear...

    Kind of funny they changed dead hard to activate for the unhooker instead of the hooked.
    you can deduce the unhooker has on demand endurance and the formerly hooked only has 10 secs of haste and endurance guess who will most likely get chased....

    I think for Call of Brine they should put it back to how it was, because it was only good for three gens when it was combined with other perks. Or change it up a bit more, and make it so it regresses at 150% (maybe even a bit more) but increase the timer for it to be 90 seconds, so you get more use from the info side.

    I would make so that the ability to autospend bloodpoints are unlocked for every character after you prestige a total of 3 times on any character (so if I were to prestige jeff twice and artist once I could use the feature on every other character)
    Edit: Also I disagree with the CoB and overcharge nerf, though they were a huge part of the 3 gen problem they alone weren't overly oppressive, they should go into the root problem instead

    Man made a whole blueprint on what to do correctly, and I bet they still won't even listen.
    Regardless my idea for Scourge hook pain residence is simply revert the changes and make the storage hook rotate after it's been used (used as in a Survivor has been hooked on it) this would remove a killer from just trading Hooks and hurting survivors that are at the other end of the planet working on a generator.
    This would also help Killers because it would make The Scourge hooks that are in absolutely useless position relocate to a better one. Meaning you just get more scourge hook value.

    There is one problem with the visual heartbeat, and it's mainly affecting Sadako. The visual luluby shows when Sadako is FAR from you like VERY far so far you can't hear her lullaby at all yet you can still see it what basically makes her demanifest sneaking up on survivors completely useless. You know when she's coming even when she's demanifest what really sucks -

      Yeah her lullaby is a special case because unlike other loud lullabies like Huntress or Freddy, it's one that's very quiet that people can easily miss especially if there's other noise in the area.

    For Overcharge and Call of Brine, I'd buff the number to 150% (CoB- 130%/140%/150%) and make Call of Brine deactivate if a Survivor hits a Great Skill Check. This would buff the regression and nerf the actually problematic part of the perk, the info. And since Overcharge gives you a Great Skill Check for free (although no bonus progress) it would make it counter CoB if you ran them together and you hit the skill check.

    I don't like that the new medkits have only the EXACT amount of charges for 1 heal. If you miss a skillcheck, your medkit it useless now (really bad for new players). If you stop your heal for a second while Hemorrhaged, your medkit is now useless. Those things should make your medkit have less charges, but not INSTANTLY invalidate their usage.

    I think the dh change was very unnecessary. I believed dh was the most fun perk in dbd to use. Even though most of the time I used it, it doesn't work. I use the perk about 3 to 4 time per game with it working maybe half the time. hope that they would change the perk to a token perk and if you safe hook save, flashlight and palet save, heal a downed teammate you could get a max of 3 or 4 tokens. The tokens could go away even if missed.

    For Call of Brine, I would revert it back to the 200% after kicking, but make the reqiurement that you need to be a certain distance away from the affected gen for it to work or that the frame for using it in general is 30 seconds after injuring a survivor with a basic attack so you cant just go around a 3 gen and kick on every gen with overcharge call of brine without even interacting with the survivors.
    The Pain Res change makes the perk absolutely dogshit, it has now 2 requirements and a limitation, either remove the scourge hook aspect since the spawns can be atrocious or remove the first time hooking a survivor requirement, otherwise this perk will see very little to no play after the patch. They could also add a requirement like only the highest progressed gen in the terror radius or only the highest progressed gen that survivors are working on, so single survivors working on a gen arent chased away, hooked and their gen progress totally diminished

    Regression is now 135% for 60 seconds. For those 60 seconds, survivors repair the generator at 95/90/85% efficiency.

    The killer light interaction change you suggested sounds very nice adds a bit of a fun element to many killers when using my favorite item :)
    Here are some suggestions I had while watching:
    Overcharge should have a cooldown in which the skill check cant be applied. Yeah the regression nerf mostly deals with the 3 gen strat but for newer players this skillcheck over and over can just be exhausting.
    Call of Brine should have its information part removed. It makes other perks (mostly Surveillance) in many situations just useless. Maybe you can change its regression speed to 150% so its still a bit useful but not as opressive.
    Dead Hard should activate when you get unhooked. With this change it promotes tunnelling the first survivor bc they cant have dead hard. Please dont nerf dead hard into the ground 4 sprint bursts or lithes are promoting a way more boring playstyle then the E-Perk.
    Also I dont like the idea that Pain Resonance is token based. To disallow a camping strategy you could make it that a used scourge hook deactivates while another one takes its place.
    And change the Healing changes so that aturistic heals take 16, medkit heals take 24 and self care (for gods sake) takes 32 seconds.
    I dont like how a so accessible Perk for newcommers is just this bad. Self Care is one of the first perks many people unlock (Claudettes free) so having it take OVER A MINUTE is just crutiating for them and their 3 teammates.
    Overall good video and nice ideas :)

    I say a better change to Call of Brine would be to have it at a 120/130/140% regression Speed, timer still the same of 60s, but instead of a notification they are met with constant skill checks for 10 seconds that also have a size reduce. So you can't 3 Gen as easily, but you still get value out of the 60s timer.

    I wish they didn’t gut CoB like they did. Overcharge change is fine I guess. But really both of those perks just needed a cool down. The killer can still endlessly apply them, which was the problem before. Just give each of them a 40-60 sec cooldown. And now what sucks is killers have no good gen regression. Which honestly isn’t a problem on killers like Nurse, Blight, and Spirit. But Myers, Ghostface, Trapper, Legion, and Pig are going to feel worse than ever. They could’ve at least buffed ruin back to its OG state to make up for this gutting.

    I think call of brine could be changed to regress faster the further you are away from the gen, from 125% to 500% (maybe the max can be reduced) this could be calculated based on the map's size and not actual measurement distance, so at 32 metres away it would regress at 125% and after that every metre away would increase this based on the distance of the gen to the edge of the map, this way if you were against the wall of the map it would regress very fast (as long as your 32 metres away from it) maybe this would be a bad change because in some instances the gen would be exactly 33 metres away from a wall which you could stand next to, and get the full effect while practically being next to it if you were a mobility killer, maybe it should just be distance based.
    my other idea for a rework would be to give it tokens/percentage based charge, which decreases as it is regressing a generator, once this charge is gone the perk no longer functions, but it can be fully refilled by hooking a survivor, this way you can't 3gen for 20 minutes until you catch a survivor off guard, and instead it would promote chasing survivors while brine regresses gens, also another change would be reducing the charge of the perk if a survivor touches it while brine is active, this would immediately notify the killer but nevertheless would reduce this perk's 3genning capabilities and instead make it a stable gen information/regression perk in all stages of the game (this change would also make it so survivors could just touch the gen and run off which is often what survivors do against 3 genners which would only affect 3 gens or survivors who hide and wait for the killer to leave after kicking, this could also allow for some cool perk combos like that one knight perk that highlights survivors in a radius around the gen when you kick it :D)

    Completely agree with your idea for Medkits, bhvr should encourage the use of medkits to heal others and the current speed boost is far from enough. I'd add that the higher tier medkits should be able to heal other more times.

    I would completely change Overcharge, the quote that makes this perk is, "It's a trap, but a trap one must step into" so I would like to keep that.
    Overcharge: When kicking a generator, the gen will regress at 100% speed, gaining 10% more regression every 30 seconds. When a survivor begins to work on this generator, you will be receive a loud noise notification and the survivor will become Oblivious for 20 | 25 | 30 seconds.
    I would also change Call of Brine to be what Overcharge was like, but without the skill check.
    Call of Brine: When kicking a generator, the gen will regress by 100% and up to 150% within the span of 60 | 45 | 30 seconds

    With the light interactions I completely agree that they should have gone the other way with this and instead of removing this mechanic with old killers, they should have added something onto the unaffected killers. this would make the flashlight have more of a utility roll than entirely a rescue item.
    Billy's changes proves to me the developers are not paying attention. instead of figuring out WHY people were always taking the engravings, they just saw that they were used a lot and assumed they were op. Billy really needs some love man
    I can see using Gearhead now, seems like it would be good against gen rushing survivors. Overzealous still seems like a high risk, high reward perk to take, I like it. as sad as it is ya Overcharge needed this nerf, it was just too powerful with a 3 gen play-style. I think Call of brine is too much, it's regression barely does anything now, and without that regression, it's just a worse Gearhead. circle of healing needed to change it was just objectively the most powerful boon in the game and everyone just assumed that every boon was healing. The pain resonance nerf was WAY too much in my opinion, if these changes go through, I think you would get more consistent value out of Grim Embrace which is also a dead perk. as much as I hate DH I think this was a bit overkill, instead DHshould start with 0 tokens, you gain a token by saving someone from a kook to a max of 2 and you lose a token when DH's invulnerability takes a hit for you.
    I 100% agree with you on the healing. something needed to happen with the absurd amount of near instant self heals a survivor got it made Franklin's Demise overwhelmingly necessary at high mmr. it should buff healing others by a lot and incentivize survivors to heal others rather then themself.

    The healing is a little over kill. The boon CoH nerf is needed and good and I do like the idea you brought up with medkits and the base kit healing on others should be reverted back to 16 seconds.

    Honestly, Flashlights needed a buff either way. Either the flashlight should be able to interact with all killers(back in the day, Billy was countered by flashlights too), or none of them(and then buff them in other ways). I found it really weird that Spirit could be burned at her husk, but that burning her husk didnt force her out of phasing, and then not have any killer have a flashlight interactable untill Artist.
    Personally, I like the idea that the flashlight would be the combat to the killer's power. You could use it to remove Clown's gas for example, or slowdown Pig's timer on teammates to buy them more time for as long as the flashlight lasts, or remove infection from not fully infected teammates(especially those who were infected on the hook). That would cover all aspects of the game in item form.
    Now literally all it can do, is blind the killer, which can be fully negated with Lightborn too.
    Flashlights need a buff.

      Also, easy Call of Brine fix:
      Only applies to 1 generator at a time. The whole issue was that it affected all kicked gens. Making it only apply to 1 generator at a time would force killers to use the perk more strategically.

    For generator perks, killer wise, I would have made it so they can only run two perks that work with gens. Numbers for Call of Brine numbers though.... not sure

    I do think there is one thing that should be changed for visual terror radius other then lullabies... Giving killer something for it. I mean Survivors require hearing yes...but killers a good set of headphones are mandatory. Survivors get another advantage vs killers via a feature. yet survivors will fight tooth and nail to not have killers have that because "It will give killers an unfair advantage" just like the same unfair advantages survivors get.
    3gen perks nerfed to hell...with zero compensation. Killers fell back to 3 gens because for the vast majority of killers have no other gen pressure at all No means of stalling the game beyond clinging desperately to the last gens. And with Gen rates being nearly 47 seconds per gen its not surprising. Gen rates ether needs to be addressed or chase needs to be addressed or other means of pressure needs to be applied.
    Dead hard, Dead hard should have a timer on it and apply to the person who is unhooked not the unhooked. making it like borrowed time or off the record vs a deliverance. I think having it be wasted when you mess up is a fair way to add more skill to it. If you make it where they can do it infinitely you change nothing and just make first chases easier.
    Healing - what's most likely going to happen is survivors and their complaints will get the nerfs reverted or digressed and killers changes will not be touched leading to survivors escaping unscathed yet again. Imho just make selfish healing take longer and always consume the health kit or self healing consumes 2 charges per second vs 1 second. PLUS survivors have a METRIC TON of perks that enhance altruistic healing to an insane degree (autodidact anyone). This is bhvr trying to offer a olive branch to killers but it doesn't fix the core issue of gens being out of control. Unless they impliment the "injured effects gen speed" suggestions.

    I don't use DH but others do. I can make the killer think I have DH which buys me time. In a game where the goal is to out mind game each other, why would you want that nerfed? People say killers shouldn't expect ALL survivors to have it. Well, there are many perks that survivors just assume killers have right out of the gate. BBQ, No Ed, Pain Res and so on. They used to be afraid of DS but DS has little to no value now since if you run it and want to keep it, you can't do ANYTHING. Might as well add to the perk if you're not in terror radius it instantly deactivates. I feel that DH should have tokens instead of rescues or CDs. I think you start with 3 tokens and once they're used the perk deactivates for rest of game. You're the last survivor and the hatch is in sight but too bad you didn't get that rescue from a camping killer and down you go. Awesome... Thanks.

    the main problem with the gen kick perks is that they all work together. not really the perks by themselves. if only 1 of those could apply at a time it would be fine. same thing with the second chance perks or gen perks whatever stacking a ton of crap that does the same thing tends to work too well.

    I think CoH need tokens (you setup boon, he have... for example, charges for 2-3 full heal, and after that need setup new boon). Now I think thats useless boon, like any other (really, i dont see other boons for months).
    Others nerfed perk just overnerfed.
    Gearhead sound interesting, overzealous... With destroyed CoH thats nothing.
    Medkit. Your idea sounds good.
    All other changes just good QoL changes.

    I greatly disagree with you on the positive side of dead hard, as i find it easily baitable as a killer. Also self healing should still take 16 seconds, but the medkits did infact needed nerfs. I just find it stupid that with the midchapter, the only viable option is to bring medkit as a survivor as the other items were neutered, like flashlight is much less fun and usefull, maps are a joke, keys are pretty much useless and toolbox are just plain sweat and no fun for either side. I think circle of healing was fine as it is, but apply restriction or a decreesed speed on rebooning after it being snuffed out. I mean it was basically the 50% self care that wasted survivors time, and brought a lot of valuable time for the killer. Perhaps give the killer an aura reading on it if it's in 8 meter range. As for dead hard, i found it unreliable both as a killer(i downed svereal times when they were in the animation) and as a survivor(half the time the game doesn't even register when i press it), and i think in it's current and midchapter state it's one of the most frustrating perks to use

    Problem is, altruistic healing is mainly done by SWFs and the COH nerf only affects solo players while making it EASIER for SWF to use it. I personally think Altruistic healing should be nerfed and self healing be kept as one is mainly used by Solo Qs and the other is used much more by SWFs as it is unlimited. Only way to properly nerf SWF while keeping Solos mostly intact is by nerfing the max amount of times you can be healed; which the medkit nerfs partially remedy. I vouch for the changes to go live for more people to give feedback on them but after about a month we could see some improvements over the feedback received.
    I personally like the changes for the most part, some miss the mark on where the issue truly lies(COH is unhealthy because it can be put down as many times as you want and it messes the killer's stress levels knowing their pressure is about to evaporate multiple times across the match)

    I'm really excited for the visual terror radius. Being hard of hearing, I just want to be able to know what's going on since a lot of ambient noise can be so overpowering it makes hearing the terror radius sometimes so annoying (Also things like Victor, who I often can't hear at all most of the time 🥲)

    I think Overcharge didn't need a change, yes it could be used for 3 gens but It's not the perk fault that 3 Gens exits, this is an horrible band-aid fix for an already niche perk, Call Of Brine simmilarly, it's a great perk to buy time when a generator is near complition, I'd use it like old Pop, it's a life saver outside 3 gen situations.
    the Most obvious fix people said is to not make the add-ons stack like FOV addons, since the easiest counter to both is to tap the gen.
    It's annoying how the killer gen regression nerfs but survivor gen rush builds aren't affected in the slightest, if those were changed too, then I'd that the tunneling problem is no more because killers wont have to fear that 2 gens are done in the first 60 seconds.
    Unfortunatly unless BHVR in the midchapter makes the biggest redemption arc ever where they also nerfs Survivor gen speed, actually change the addons to something good rather then some bullshit 0.4 m/s faster moving speed while absorbing blood which like are you mental that's not going to make the bad addon better, I mean technically is, like technically Hillbilly engravings are the most picked which totally means they are OP.
    the biggest problem is that they look at statics rather then listenting to their fogwhispers or atleast those who know the game and aren't acting in bad faith.

    I think the medkit changes didn’t address the main issue, which is that they were essentially more effective than having someone else heal you. The problem wasn’t altruistic medkit healing, but selfish medkit healing. I wish they had just made it so that medkits couldn’t heal yourself at the same speed as another survivor

    The idea with the consumption of the medkit being bigger when you self-heal is great
    However, it's better to make altruistic healing take 20 seconds and self-healing 28 seconds because this update will barely affect survivors considering how many counterperks they have against this healing nerf while killers get nerfed again and again
    And self-recovery while in a dying state should stay 32 seconds as it is on live servers right now, or barely increase up to 40 seconds at max, not 48 seconds as it is right now on the test build

    so the core problem is gen rushing from a killer PoV, need to nerf those toolboxes or gen speed... as we are running into 4 vs 1 reverse 3 gen later game, which is brutal at the end of the game, trying to defend 3 gens from 4 survivors. No chance for any decent chases. But these healing changes might help ?

    Dead hard was OP back then. Now it is good. Doesnt give you a boost, but is really hard to pull off. Even skilled UA-camrs sometimes fail to deadhard. But in the PTB how you have to unhook??? Bhvr is killing their game. Deadhard will now only be used 1/1000 survivors. Im a killer main, and honestly DH isn't even OP. I can easily fake a DH, and honestly I don't even see it very often. Mostly one or two survivors have it but its rarely used. This new PTB DH change is going to ruin the fun on DBD. Same thing with billy.

      I don't even care how powerful the perk is, I just think it feels like complete garbage to play against. Feels awful to get hit with it and doesn't even feel good to successfully bait it out and get the down. Having to ride a survivor's back waiting for them to use it is stupid and the lose-lose scenarios it can create is aggravating (e.g. at pallets; lunge and eat a dead hard, wait and eat the pallet).

    I'm fully on board with the removal of killer-specific light interactions. Even if you cut them out flashlights remain a fun and rewarding item for survivors to use that can range from annoying to devastating for a killer. Having a killer's ability to use their power effectively vary so greatly based on the number of flashlights was just silly, frankly.

    I dont think that COB needed nerfed at all, it's only good because everything else nerfed was terrible and borderline useless (ruin, pop, eruption). But unlike the rest of these perks, there's no instant regression, it can be stopped by a sneaky survivor tapping the generator and completely stopping the slowdown.
    I like the new DH, but I don't think it should be a safe save, the point of DH is to play with altruism, putting yourself on the line and being rewarded should be how it works.
    All in all my philosophy on DBD perks and powers stay the same, buff not nerf, this is a party game make everything else stronger because for the past few years it has just been 10 good perks on each side and 100 garbage perks. Making everything garbage isn't fun as raising the bar for strength.
