Wiese and Marco will go as bankers if Cameron goes he will be a Trojan horse with less than 15 caps . He spoke about it when he had sbu and diyanta. He needs the core of players with a minimum of at least 20 caps.
The reason why they chose to exclude new players is because they're trying to build on their performance in the Rugby Championship. They clearly have a winning formula, now they're trying to see just how far they can improve it this year. I'm expect much more ball movement and attacking in the next 3 games.

Impossible to please everybody when you have such a big pool of extremely talented players to tap into. Should players like Roos and Hanekom decide to look for greener pastures, everybody will understand. No hard feelings. All talented players want to compete at the international level.
Willie has also been in excellent form and deserves inclusion, apart from the fact that Rassie wants him to get to his 100 tests. And very few, I think, will argue that Willie does not deserve it. The sooner he gets there, the sooner Rassie can focus even more on developing the young guns. This end of year tour is an ideal opportunity for Willie to show his worth for perhaps a final time.
The non selection of some younger players just do not make sense. Marco not going to play any tests, because of Kolisi and he not part of bomb squad, so why not bring in Hanekom in his place to get the squad experience? Same with Edwill in place of older Mapimpi, and Krappies or Papier in place of older Reinach? I would also have gone Jordan ahead if Manie, we already know Manie cannot kick! ;-) Rest of the group very good.
I would've rested Kwagga and bring in Hanekom. Will be interesting to see how Rassie juggles Willemse and Fassi. He'll probably use Willemse off the bench so he can do a 6/2 split. 🤔 Rassie should play Willie v Whales 🏴 and Fassi against Scotland and England 🏴 to gain more experience. Hopefully, Andre gets an opportunity against England for his shot at redemption after that Farrell shoulder charge. 🙄
I think Argentinian defeat and close irish lose have forced Rassie to go with power and experience. He wants to keep a wining culture. The two games he lost this year are games he experimented.
