- video contains discount code! The year may be ending but the garden certainly is not! We have a good bit of momentum taking us into winter, as we enjoy the last few warm days of fall. We are attempting to winter over potatoes in a mini greenhouse we built for free in the previous video, and saving as many seeds as possible before our first official frost this weekend!

My Aunt was a Master Gardener, when I bought my house and started my garden she brought me 12 tomato plants, even white tomatos. Anyway I always love watching you and love your Patreon channel too!
Wow love the daisy dukes looks so good this time of the year.
I think Nina is the bomb & the very best garden tip show.
What a woman! All kinds of smart, savvy and attractive in all the right places
I think we all can agree that we were as excited to see the "twins" as you were? My vote black raspberry for that empty space.
Bonjour 👋 👋 👋
Superbe vidéo bravo 👍👍👍
A bientôt 🤗 🤗 🤗 🤗
Keep us updated on those potatoes 🥔 🥰
Nina a great job on the garden and great to see your videos on the planting and growing season. There is nothing better than to plant and watch the progress of growing and the the best part of enjoying the beauty and flavor of all you have grown.
You'd make a great weather lady Nina. My Grandma would be proud of you saving seeds like she did. That's quite a haul for November!
Nina, your garden has done well. We had a killing frost here in central Illinois about 3 weeks ago and it got my beans. Didn't have much this year as I got a late frost. The survival seeds did great. My hot peppers and sweat peppers were the best. Thanks for the heads up on the seeds. Thanks for all the patreon post also. Keep up the good work.😉 Thank you Josh for your service. 👏
Good garden year for you guys this year. Ours was too! We're grateful cause its been a very dry year but still had yield. Yay!
Good morning 🌞🌞 from Tennessee 🌹
Farmer Nina you'll have a great garden next season. Much love & luck for the holidays! Enjoy 👍😎❤️💯🌹🍒🥦🌽🥒

Great garden this year. Awesome harvest.
Thanks for bringing us all along.
Happy USMC Birthday Josh. Semper Fi from USN Ret HM1.
Congrats on a great growing season and good luck next spring!
Nina if a person had fresh garden vegetables year round I don't think we would appreciate them as much. Keep up the good work and Happy Holidays
Nina so fun to watch all the things you do. I'm a 3F guy, fishing, farming(gardening), and finance. This year I set up a 4X4 raised bed with 4 inches of grass and leaves, 4 bags of top soil, 4 bags of potting soil, 1/2 bag of composted cow manure, organic fertilizer and about 4 cups of dry eggshell powder. I transplanted 8 or 9 tomato plants. Three were moved from last year's bed to the new bed the rest from harvested seeds from last year. So I had no idea what the 3 were and they kind of sat and stared before they took off growing. We harvested hundreds of tomatoes and when there was a frost warning hundreds of green which will ripen until January in boxes or bowls on the counter. Most amazing tomato garden I've ever had.
I would suggest greenhousing the cool weather plants too. I did that with cabbage plants and they grew 3+ feet tall over winter, bloomed pretty yellow flowers and gave me hundreds of seeds and 6 or 7 little cabbages to eat. Another gardening surprise for me.
I know everyone says to wash the slime off the tomato seeds, but that's way to much work for me, so I spread them out in a single layer on dry paper towels and use another towel on top to pull the slime off, let them dry out, and put them in closable little containers lable with the variety and the harvest year. THAT WORKS!! When I start my seeds 90% or more sprout and grow. Keep up the good work. May the Lord continue blessing you and yours and I sure do love you.
Pretty good late-season haul, there !!!
Here in Florida, I recently planted my first fig tree (growing big, and growing fast)...the pak choy (bok choy), big and strong, and lastly a single celery (a great warm-climate winter plant)...all doing great. Now, if we can just get thru this last(?) hurricane/tropical storm...
You two take care of things up there in Kentucky, and don't forget to work together. All the best, always.
As a fellow gardener love your channel, and as a fellow Kentuckian, good luck hunting this weekend.
A natural woman these days is much appreciated. Takes lots of skills .
Nina, no worries, your hair looks great!
Been watching you on HLC this year and liked your attitude. Now I can watch you this winter As you hunt and whatever.

Looking good in the neighborhood
Beautiful view ☘️☘️
Good job Ms. Nina
Garden looks great, keep the videos coming. I’m sad to see the cold weather coming that only means you’ll be wearing more clothes 😂
You are very pretty & very smart to know take care the garden,
Wow!!!! That is awesome that you are getting tomatoes in November!!! The frost killed mine ded, ded, ded back around the middle of October. And I'm in the northeast corner of Georgia in the mountains!!!
Thank you Nina
You're wonderful to watch
😆
Always enjoy your video.
Your garden is lovely and very admirable
Nice little garden
Nina you do not have to wait for them to dry on the vine you can pick them at any time just let him sit out to dry they'll still make good seeds tomatoes are panda butts say for Steve cuz they have to be washed and dried make sure that you get the the Slime off of them if nothing will not be any good and when you go to store them you can put those seeds in a little bit of 7 test and that will keep the bugs out of it or just place them in the freezer anyway you doing a great job keep up the good work I still think you are one beautiful lady so from the Old Man in Tampa Florida may God bless
Very nice late season harvest Nina. If I could give you a Brussels sprouts tip. Pinch out the growing tip of the plant. It will direct more energy to the enlarging sprouts. The plants are extremely cold hardy and frost sweetens the sprouts. So glad you enjoy gardening
Love the content..thanks for sharing!
OMG your peppers are unbelievable!
Tomatoes in November is awesome! Stay well.
Great video and you had me at G.I. Joe’s lol. Going to try out those seeds thanks for the discount code.
Looking beautiful as always 🔥💞💖💓💕
Good healthy food love it, you are gorgeous, you must be a country girl, lol. Loved the video
Nice little garden 👌
Great video Nins.
What a great video!!!
My wife said you never watch gardening vids I said will I guess I do now I just like watching the melons
If you go to a box store look for a carpenter's apron, they got pockets for tools and stuff. Basically, same as the one you got, and it will help on projects.
They make special aprons for garden harvesting!
Wonderful sharing have a nice day 👍🏻 💕 💕 💕 💕
My wife and I love these videos. We aren't experts at all growing different veggies but are learning as you are. I want to grow okra because I love them fried. My wife doesn't like them so much. lol It doesn't matter though. I think you're cute as all get out and I know my wife thinks Josh is too. We'll just have to keep that to ourselves. Lol Y'all have a wonderful weekend coming up. You're great!
If you're willing to send me a postcard or something similar to our mailing address

I'd be happy to send you some of these okra seeds! Just need your address but I wouldn't want you to post it here. You can also DM me on Instagram.
@@NinaRynd210 I'll do it soon. Not sure if you grow loufa (sometimes spelled luffa) but maybe I can send y'all some seeds. I use them for body wash, dishwashing, and even cleaning bugs off the front of the car. I'm giving away my old age but I learned about loufa from a retired special forces soldier when I was stationed at Ft. Bragg about four decades ago. I hope you can use them. I offer it in his honor, Captain William Schaffer US special forces retired. He was married to a wonderful Japanese woman and it was culture shock. I took my shoes off to enter their home and it was really something for a country, mountain boy like me. Anyway, I'll send y'all some loufa seeds to your PO Box if ya like. If ya can send some of those okra seeds its would be most appreciated. Thank y'all!
I'd love to grow some, I have some that came with my seed kits but was saving them for another growing season. Ill certainly give yours a try.
@@NinaRynd210 Honey, I'd be honored! Thank you.
Very good tips, thank you Nina
Thanks for the video 📸📷📸 awesome 👍
I agree on the heirloom plants, the ones I bought before never produced much
Tomato or pepper.
I'm going to buy the survival seed packs.
I hope to figure out how to join you on pateron.
I leave my corn stalks,my sunflowers stalks up for the winter, birds like to hide in them. Glad you got a few more tomatoes. Just started my indoor tomato growing. Tiny Tim variety cherry tomatoes.
Beautiful Nina in the garden how ca you go wrong
Nice looking tomatoes 🍅 Nina
wonderful garden.
Your really good in the garden it’s nice
I could watch that girl pick veggies all day!
Those Brussel Sprouts will keep on growin after several frosts. I grew a purple variety one year, and was still picking them in Dec. , here in Maine in the snow. Frost will make a lot of the heartier veggies sweeter, here in the great white north. Been watching you since the early days of HLC. My congrats on a great season, but now gotta go get in my tree stand. tryin to tip over a big buck. Love and full freezers to all.
Do they need to be covered from the frost at all? Good luck and steady aim!
@@NinaRynd210 Nope, there really tough. Good luck hunting!
Nina hey those Brussels sprouts you might try pruning the top out ….. just experiment on one…. I think your supposed to cut the top out and then the sprouts will fill out along the stalk….. they are the heaviest feeder in the garden…. Like a lot of fertilizer and water!! Looking good! And the garden isn’t bad ethier
Thank you for my Birthday video! 🇺🇲
Yeah I always keep my own seeds too seems like the next year they do better when you save them from the year before
You can pickle those green tomatoes Nina, and they make great relish as well. I ferment them with cukes from the store if I have none.
The most important is you are so great in hug babe
looks great !
Kentucky is a beautiful State. Lived near Lexington for 3 1/2 years, then "Loaded up my truck and moved to .... San Francisco", never visited Beverly Hills. I now live in LA, Lower Alabama.
Very nice video🎥
Our tomatoes were over the top this year 👍 from Ohio
New to your channel I like 👍
Good morning Nina. What can I say? These videos just keep getting better and better - with inspiring content - with all the colors and textures of Autumn. . But of course that's to be expected from a beautiful and talented offgrid woman such as yourself. Thanks for sharing a look at your life in the Great Outdoors - and of course Happy Thanksgiving .
We have had over a foot of snow this month............enjoy the warmth. The wc here is about -16 with freezing fog. I don't think it's tank top and cut offs weather........
Don't complain about your tomatoes. The deer and grasshoppers ate mine, every single one. They ate my pepper plants, onions, melons even pulled some potato plants and taste tested my taters.......the bastiges
Hello my beautiful friend Nina always good to see you
...I wanna move to Kentucky now...mmmph mmmph mmph.
