I have seen a lot of interviews on this subject. It's nice to get more personal behind the scene on how the business works for the person being interviewed.
You did a REALY good job, I was suggested this video, I am currently working on some new software and as I am listening and watching-this interview is very good. It really reminds me of a show called California Gold. Your style is very simular, you ask a lot of questions, but you also focus on the people. Its the people that makes the business your interest and of course the human side. Again- you did a very good job. I will check to see what else you got. The number of (VALUABLE) questions, is emense but educational.
@jaimeibanezz what app were you using that you showed in the video? We're currently using VendSoft, but looking for more integrated alternatives. Please share!!
You're doing great. Tip with the chocolate....Get yourself a commercial freezer or two and freeze your chocolate over night. Take only what you need for the day and pack those individual boxes in a larger container. They will serve as their own ice packs and should last you most of the day.....if you start early enough and work fast enough. 😉 Also, Im impressed with your progress. I've come across your videos for a few years now and you've grown nicely. Keep it up. The warehouse looks great.
Respect for him. I remember doing the same exact thing in high school unfortanely I wasn’t aware about vending machines being a business 😂 Well Amazon FBA is the next best thing for me. Great interview man 🤝
@@andrewmorales5485 that's gross sales so it's more like 15k a month in profit plus he has to pay taxes on that as well. I'm sure if he keeps grinding, he will be one day.

Vending machines and candy are expensive! The biggest issue today is that businesses are using their own machines as well as the problem of the fact that most people don't have cash today!! Using cards lowers profit due to fee.
I love the vending machine business I have 3 locations working on my 4th I started with a cheap Chinese brand (genesis) now I'm only buying AMS machines ..
No it’s totally legit, 35k a month is like 420k in a year. So he makes more like 200k profit maybe a little less. That also means he makes about 8k per machine(if he had 50)
Most vending businesses go off a 50-30-20 rule 50 percent is product 30 for payroll and 20 for miscellaneous costs like gas with 40k a month that’s 480k a year making his payroll 144000 dollars a year
dont bro trust me start with candy/gumball machines. people dont take you seriously for the big ones. this is coming from someone that started in 6th grade
If your cost of goods is $1,50 you can’t sell for $3,00. The profit margin is too small. Usually : -1/3 is acquisition cost -1/3 handling, labor -1/3 profit So you should sell for $4 to $4,50 on an item that cost you $1,50
Im going to start off with the small machines first, then work my way up to the bigger one's. Ask around & atleast have 2-3 locations already line up. Im trying to stay debt free so I'd rather save & buy my first machine. I got to get my LCC first that's coming next week. I've liked & subscribed already!!!! Thanka!!! 😊
One thing he didn't mention with buying directly from Pepsi or Coke is they will give you free machines and they also provide maintenance free on those machines. So that can be a major profit saver if the cooling unit breaks down as thats not a cheap fix. Plus they deliver to you which can save alot of gas money and time going to and from sams every week to restock product.
13 years in the industry here. Just responding to the thumb nail. Didn't bother watching video. If you own your own machines you are basically on call 24/7 for repairs.

yea sorry. dude doesn't look like he's raking in 420k a year. what did you do, count his bank loan disbursement as income and call it "make up to 35k a month?" lol

He has a whole UA-cam channel that breaks down his whole vending business. He’s the real deal. Idk about his LLC info but he and his girlfriend grind hard. He just recently started selling a course because he said people would reach out for his help and he’d answer their questions but never follow through, only asking the same things over and over. So he decided to put a price on the assistance he gives because it weeds out the ones who wouldn’t take it seriously. Can you blame him for putting a product out there when he devotes time to help people and it all goes to waste?

Very impressive!!
What I've noticed is most vending UA-camrs don't talk about NET only Gross. The people I've interviewed in this space say their NET is around 50-65%.
i'd net 50-65% of 35k any day of the week. But thats just me.
He says he usually charges double on snacks. Sounds like way less on soda. Probably 35-60% profit.

How does it work about paying for electricity? You give the establishment where you place the machines a certain amount every month?
Some places don’t even care having a machine helps flow with customers or keeping kids from running depends how you come at them

More like 15k after inventory and commission to the building.
I'll still take 15k a month. That's still 180k a year. Not bad at 23 years old.

VMS
my only question about this is like contracts and permits,
He did mention that normally he doesn’t have contracts with his clients, he just Vets them very well

$4.50 for 600ml soda in Australia
