Explain how the carnivore/keto diet keep peoples health improves (blood markers, body composition, digestion, symptom reduction)? The need for fiber is a myth. Explain why plants have a ton of antinutrients which stop nutrient/mineral absorption? There's a place for carbs - in summer, with skin and eyes exposed to UV light. Therefore don't eat carbs when they don't grow. Vegetarian food is high carb, and is therefore a diet for climates closer to the equator because they get UV year round. If you follow Dr Jack Kruse, his theory is that people's health span is actually effected most by non native emf and artificial blue light. What is the antidote to that? DHA from seafood. Everything else is a cope. So even those in climate closer to the equator, they need seafood to offset modern EMF and blue light environments. Take this outdated advice from this guy at your peril.
