I had a the same problem with a Hatsan AT44, of leaking air out of the vent hole while attempting to fill.. My problem was that the seal on the plenum came dislodged somehow.. I applied some grease and repositioned the the seal and it fixed it..
We pretty much sell 100% ZERO Spares at all, with exception of seals as all other parts can be serviced. This is why we sell to 140 countries as folks can self service. A few new customers buy a spare PAS Pressure Adjuster Screw, but that is all. We sell quite a few spares to guys doing self builds and so using out internals in their own One Off Custom gun builds.
robertlanedesign i like your regulator and in fact i bought at your store 3 regulators.one thing i have issue with is the benjamin discovery regulator i bought from you which do not have a plenum.it performed really different from the one i used before(altaros regulator which has a plenum) and its consistent in shot and pellet speed.i suggest you make a benjamin discovery regulator with plenum.

what is the part of the regulator that is commonly replaced aside from orings?
