You might think that's true, but some blocks rarer to collect is a half bed using update suppression and a missing textures block using update suppression.
Illegal/glitched blocks and unobtainable blocks don't count as their not supposed to be obtained in Survival. Using update suppression I basically cheating imo since your going to a older version to get a removed block/item, it's like if I went back to when notch apples were possible to craft then got thousands of them and brought them back to the newest version

My guess was that he wanted to harvest the stuff naturally so it felt like a hunt (he straight up ignored the geode blocks he mined through to make the tunnel). But yeah I would have just scraped them with an axe too many variants to bother adding smelting to that time.

*I was pretty surprised that no one in the comment section noticed it. *But remember at 26:10 Aust accidentally placed a melon mini block on his head, having an identity crisis by being NotNotBrock. *At the end showcase when he showed us of him putting all of the mini blocks on his head, i immediately know who will appear again. *And i was right, at 37:24 we can see NotNotBrock again! *It took me a while to pause it on the right time tho. :3

Wax off is the achievement you have when you right click waxed copper blocks with an axe or remove oxidized layers. Knowing that, you can use the copper in the trial chamber for the build, even the oxidized floor. Know your stuff.

10:38 did my guy really forget you could unwax and deage the fully aged copper blocks? Just by collecting the fully ages ones in the chamber it should've been enough to craft everything you need

Therefore, instead of constantly replacing the beacon and setting it lower and lower when digging something, just start by placing it on bedrock level and it can stay there forever, just don't fall into the hole haha
