I commute in my 06’ Redline daily. Currently has 201k miles. Car has pretty much all the bolt ons zzp makes, tune, ported factory m62, 2.7” pulley, neutral balance shafts, minor head porting and stiffer valve springs, revs to 8k rpm now. I run stock FE5 struts and springs from an 08+ cobalt SS. Clutch from an cobalt ss with the lnf engine (2.0 turbo), 9lb zzp flywheel. I bought the car 7 years ago for $1,900. It’s been a blast and somehow extremely reliable. I pulled the head as I was loosing coolant, thinking headgasket, but ended up being a leak in the wierd piping for the water pump setup, so did the valve train stuff while in there. I literally beat on this thing every time I drive it, so much fun and no one has a clue.

Tongman on YT has the same blower setup and runs 11.50s@118-120 380whp or so with an FG2
The GM 2L motor doesn't flow like a Honda so they never make the power k20s do with the same blower/boost
We can buy not with the stock m62. I'm pretty sure his blower flows better than the stock one on the Ion Redline. You can get a TVS SUPERCHARGER for the ion redlines which is alot better and can make up to 400 hp on it but their expensive
@Houston We Have a Problem the baby Eaton makes 380whp on a K the 1320 makes 450-480whp and the 1900 makes 550-580
The K just flows better obviously

@Houston We Have a Problem tongman has the baby Eaton and had it ported - only makes 380whp on Ethanol- its the tiny Eaton that comes on alot of factory supercharged cars
