Well now I know how you keep your manicure so perfect and very pretty. I really like how you show exactly what you are doing without getting super chatty. Sorry not trying to be offensive but I really like that you get to the point and you are always so prepared respecting the audience. So you suspect that you underwatered for a while and that compromised the roots? That is something I never considered. Thank you Elena I will be looking for your video follow up. Another new to me is that they are strawberry forks explaining why I could not find them as I was calling them strawberry pics. Good to know these things.
Thank you so much! This is the biggest compliment ever! I do respect other people time that’s why I try not to make my videos too long and try to get straight to the point. As of my nails, I do my own nails, since I was seven years old. I only do hair at the salon now, I used to do lash extensions for five years, but I had to quit doing that once I start having pretty bad back problems and carpal tunnel. As of Sarawak, definitely a dry rot. It’s OK to post pone a watering for extra few days, but if they are underwaterd for a long time that’s what happens. If you still struggling to find strawberry forks, you can go into a video description, and there is a link to my Amazon storefront and you can find them there. You don’t have to purchase from my storefront whatsoever, but at least it will lead you to them.
Hi Elena! Oh I am going to watch your hoya prop mix! Those 2 smaller cuttings look great and I am sure the nice big one will do just fine! I recently got the Sarawak and it has a new leaf growing the leaves were huge it came with three.....hopefully mine coninues to grow big leaves.....I hope the bottom half recovers......I did not know you were a hairdresser! How neat! I hope you have a nice time away on your eight days....or it may be stressfull....we are heading into the last month soon of summer! Season change is always hard on me! Talk to you later and thanks for the nice video! Love tina...
I had almost the same situation with my Hoya elliptical except I overwatered it. It was growing beautifully on a trellis. I cut it up into six sections and now I have a fuller Hoya now so it worked out for the best. I hope the same for your Hoya.
You should tell that to my plants, clearly they don’t know that. On a serious note, I used to think that too until I tried it. I’ve done it number of times without fail. I think the key is to keep it in the propagation box on the heat mat and I keep my propagation medium moist. This Hoya roots pretty fast.
Wonderful video. I need to get a Sarawak. My collection is definitely growing now. And I am so excited.

Oh man thats one i need
It’s a good one! Very pretty and easy to care for.
I hate when this happens. Currently looking at my pubicalyx… I think it got dry rot too and I’m trying to remain hopeful BUT she is just thin.
I know, right, it is so frustrating to start them all over again but at least there is a very good chance to save them.
Can you tell the brand of the growing cabinet? Thank you❤
It’s called Milsbo it’s only sold in IKEA. You can order online or if you have a store in your area I would suggest to pick it up in person.
Thats a very big cutting. A whole plant actually and wont propagate in soil.
Large veins cant survive long withoit a root system so it wont make ir
