Die-no-mite! Another great episode and I hope Team Monster Party is having a blast at Monsterpalooza! And of course, I had to watch SCARE JESSICA TO DEATH before diving into this episode! And zero surprise, but yet another fascinating guest, and I will absolutely be picking up “A Christmas Ghost Story” by Mr. Newman this holiday! As always, I get an endorphin rush every time you all mention a movie I’ve seen, like MESSIAH OF EVIL, and especially, EQUINOX, which, believe or not, may have been my older brother Paul’s favorite movie of all time. Monster Party has touched on deeper, life-stuff before, so I’m uninhibited to mention what a fan Paul was of the horror genre that you all speak so eloquently and passionately about. These are movies that, for me, are a relatively new interest, and I wish my brother was still around for us to discuss them and bond over. Alas, life happens and cheers. Added to my must-see list from this episode, among others: THE HOUSE OF NIGHTMARE PARK, THE POSSESSION OF JOEY DELANY, GRAVE OF THE VAMPIRE (David Chase, what?), INVASION OF THE BEE GIRLS, QUATERMASS AND THE PITT, and sort of random, WELCOME TO ARROW BEACH. Oh, and of course, “Red Title Day” from the British play series “Amazing Stories.” Thank you Kim Newman! Thank you Monster Party! Have fun at Monsterpalooza!
