Can't WAIT to upgrade my Macbook Air from 2015 to the M3 Macbook Air in May! It'll be a graduation gift to myself after all my hard work. My Macbook from 2015 has got me through college the last 6 years with no issues! It ran great! But, unfortunately it's time to let go to bigger and greater 💪🏼

I just upgraded from my early 2015 model Macbook Air to the 15 inch Macbook Air and cannot be happier! This was definitely my biggest purchase since becoming a teacher and I cannot wait to use this in the classroom!

The MacBook Air is my go to, so much I traded in the M2 for the M3, increased my storage and should be set for a long time.
MacBook Air has been my go to laptop for years ever since the M1. I love how excited Justine gets over these laptops. It makes me so happy watching her videos.
Lol you said that as if it was a long time ago when it was in the second half of 2020 so not even 4 years ago if you bought the m1 you shouldn't really have a reason to upgrade

Justine has real enthusiasm for certain products, and Apples portables definitely meet her list. Shes spot on, their laptops are top notch unless you are looking for a portable gaming machine.
I’ve just upgraded from a 2017 MacBook Pro to a 2023 MacBook Air and I absolutely love it as it’s so much faster and with the 15 inch the screen feels so big but I’m glad I got it cos my other one was getting to the end of its life
I can relate, I upgraded as well FROM the 2017 MacBook Pro Intel i5 except to the MacBook Pro M3 Base Model since I am a coding student at uni, so I just need a little more firepower to help me get there with the Pro Model

I purchased one of those 35w chargers from Amazon when they had them on sale. It's the best little compact charger if you can get them a bit cheaper than retail.

I have my 2019 MacBook Pro, and I think I should upgrade into this. This can be a massive, fast-performance upgrade for me. Honestly, I’ve been facing some errors, excessive heat, glitches in my old 2019 one.
This was THE most technical review of the M3 i have seen yet. It peaked with the ‘smell’ specifications
I just purchased my M3 MacBook today. I went for the 15" in Midnight. I'm going from the M1 model so the upgrade isn't exactly substantial and the M1 is more than enough for what I need it for, but I'm super excited for it regardless.

The refreshed MacBook Air 15inch looks a lot better compared to the MacBook Pro Space Black but it would have been nice if Apple added Space Black on the 15inch models, I can wait to see what they have in store for iPad Air and iPad Pro.

This might be a dumb question, but isn't a macbook + 1 external display the "same" as macbook closed + 2 external displays?? (Like, yes they're bigger, but in terms of how many screens)

I'm so happy with my 15" MBA with 512 SSD and 16 gig of ram. This was an upgrade from a mid 2012 MBP non retina.
Not needing the HDMI port or the high impedance audio jack, I might switch from a 16" M1 Pro to one of those…
I'll have to wait for a MacBook with touch bar. I love that so much about my Pro M1, would miss it.
Thanks for the review Justine, one thing I never heard from other vids about it was the finger print issue on the black version being fixed now, (all versions then, I would guess) although I think if I go with one it will be the starlight colour, if lighter colours effect emotions subconsciously , I’d like to feel up instead of down with something dark like black. It looks like you are doing a lot better now after the hospital scare you had aired not long ago, hope you stay well, all the best.

Do you need the two cables connected for two screens? Or can you use a single TB cabled dock station? With two screens connected to the dock then. Cannot find the answer anywhere.

Actualmente tengo un MacBook Pro Mid 2012 con upgrade (8ram/500ssd) pero ya se queda “congelado” con algunas tareas, o le cuesta realizarlas, además de ser lentas. Uso principalmente para revisar contenido Online, documentos como Word, PDF, consumir streaming, edición de fotos ocasional nada profesional, juego LOL y algunos otros… recomiendas ir por el AIR M3 8ram/512gb… AIR M2 16ram/512gb o ir por el PRO 8ram/512gb ??? Ayuda por favor 🙏🏼

Yeah the M3 is pretty much very similar to M2 with only a few spec upgrades. The big positive about this is that you can get the M2 cheaper now too. I love my 15 inch M2 24gb ram MacBook and it’s already an absolute monster of a laptop and I don’t really see WiFi 6e being necessary since a lot of people run WiFi 6 and it’s still very fast unless you still have Intel or the M1 then it would make sense
I have a m2 13 inch in midnight but cannot bare the fingerprints on it, I’m going to trade it in and get 860$ would it be better to spend a 250$ extra to get the m3 in space black or get the m2 for only 100$ more. Although sounds dumb it’s a personal opinion.

I was thinking about getting the MacBook Air for my birthday this year, since I’m gonna go to college soon and I really wanted a new laptop. I‘m currently using a Dell that is operating on windows, and it’s fine, but all of my other products are from apple. But I’ve heard a few bad things about MacBooks, apparently apps like Word or PowerPoint don’t really work that well on them, and games don’t run that well on it either (I only play the Sims, hopefully that should be fine lmao). Does anybody have any experience with that? I‘m not the biggest tech person, and I’m really uncertain if I should invest that much money into something that might not work at the end of the day

Would work on the 8GB RAM config. But you’d be future proofing and giving yourself more overhead with 16GB RAM.
Then with storage, I’d honestly save your money for the Storage and get a Thunderbolt external drive to hold games and your video editing files, but of course, back your work up separate.

@@HalcyonRyan 8BG was fine for the M1 MacBook Air for Sim. I don’t know why people are so pressed that 8GB isn’t usable. Sims 4 recommends 8GB lol
