If she is indeed charged and found guilty as adv Hofmeyer suggests then it would mean anyone in any meetings, who goes against the instruction of the chairperson can be criminally charged in South Africa. It would put any chairperson in the same level as the court and the judge.

MEYENI ANSWER QUESTIONS SHE'S ASKED, BUT SHE CAN REVEAL MR X NAME. SHE MUST ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS POSE TO HER.
This commission must act now or else loose it's dignity. Ms Myeni has crossed a red line, hit her with heaviest charges ever, then the nation's faith in this commission won't be eroded.
Watching dudu at work shows corruption, fraud and evil at play, to mention Mr X by name shows how corrupt and evil this dudu is, her actions just showed the fear from zuma camp leading to this statement that nobody is safe, to announce it on air begs the question - what's the outcome they looking for(placing a "weapon" in anothers hand by her action) and I pray Mr X is kept safe
No it isn’t, if you had listened carefully to what she had said then you would realise that the mention of Mr Zakwe was justified. It’s her relative. If the commission felt that there was sensitive information the they should not have televised the interview.
Would it be fair to say she knew who Mr X was due to the information he provided which was sensitive to this commission hence him asking his name be kept hidden so those outside the family circle don't target him, her disregard to his safety and the disrespect towards the ruling indicates clearly her intention to expose him and set the ball rolling (sparking her agenda)....
Make sure she pays all the money that was stolen under her fraudulent watch that was full of illegalities at SAA.
Women in general don't get the same punishment for identical crimes. This is why Dudu is behaving the way she is.

Guilty of what? She has not been accused of anything, she was has been brought in to help the commission because her name was mentioned. The last time she was at the commission, she said some things and mentioned names, those she had mentioned have not been called to the commission. While the judgement of her delinquency stands, she can not answer on behalf of company as it was ruled that she is not qualified to do so. Her attorney has correctly advised her. It is up to the state to investigate any wrongdoing, for any institution to ask her to incriminate herself would be unconstitutional. They know that.
