As far as Brahmos is concerned, it does fall a little short on range( which already has been doubled) but it no doubt is the best cruse missile in the world. A little correction: The RS-28 Sarmat (NATO Code: Satan-2) has a range of up to 18,000km or 11,000 miles, not 10,000km.
Furthermore, it would be worth mentioning the mass of the missile. The faster ICBM mentioned in this video are smaler or have a lower weight compared to the probably heaviest ICBM on the list, the RS-28 Sarmat (Mass: 208.1 metric tons).

To those in the comments talking about accuracy, with a single nuclear warhead, 200m accuracy is like hitting a dime in the ocean when fired from 7k-12k kilometers away. These missiles(any and all nuclear payloads) don't make contact with the intended target or even the ground. Nuclear ICBMs detonate ABOVE the targeted area, usually from a minimum height of 50m or greater.
Also, these missiles will NEVER carry non-nuclear payloads. They can't carry enough conventional explosive munitions to justify the cost of using one to do so. They will ALWAYS carry nothing but a nuclear payload so accuracy(in the numbers stated) is considered dead on target.
Still, someone must've worked on these small details and made this possible.

but if you are targeting a small city then you will need accuracy as many missiles in the list have accuracies of above 100 meters then there is a chance that the small city isn't fully destroyed. And in some cases these missiles can also be used for small island bases.

It seems that its max speed is above everything stated in this video (33 000Km/h), even if the max speed is reached in space thanks to the ICBM engine, and has nothing to do with the hypersonic glide vehicule. Avangard has the capacity to "bounce" on uper atmosphere before rentry, meaning it will be quite slower than any classical ICBM during its final reentry, just prior to hit its target.
