But in our Indian houses only one MCB is used.. main->isolator->rccb->rotaryunit->MCB Is this good design or per phase rccb is good ? Also, I have seen a vlog where it shows separate rccb for all MCBs getting input from inverter line. Is it needed ? (Also separate neutral requirement for inverter terminating in a neutral bar as per that vlog)

Normally fuse don't provide protection against phase to Earth fault . You need an ELCB/RCCB/MCCB with Earth fault detection to have phase to Earth fault protection.
