His 10.65 won't even get him into the HS 100m national finals. Thats his fastest personal best. He's not that fast. The NFL combines is not an accurate testing site for speed. He's not even ranked in the top 50 fastest men ever in NFL history.

The record from what I’ve heard of in a 40 yard combine setting was from an 60 yard dash Olympic runner from America (or at least the only elite short sprinter to try) was 4.12, but I’ve heard of some rumours of people doing something like 4.06 I think but unsubstantiated.
