Lorenzo makes it look so easy because he is so big and fast
Was having a shit day. Your video made me forget about that. Always great content as usual. Keep it up.
He's an 800m runner... and his peak was early 2010's

Jesus Christ died for your sssiinss and the kingdom of heaven is at hand
Didn't care about the events, just enjoyed watching Natalie's lower half walking around.
4.71 for a 20-shuttle is like elite for an offensive lineman. That’s fucking crazy that he did that without ever playing a football snap.
Omg this is hilarious the coach teaching a profesh runner how to run 😁😂
Jesus Christ died for your sssiinss and the kingdom of heaven is at hand
Thank God for this fitness content on this platform
No way Nick ran a 5.13 first try 🤣🤣 when I was 290lbs I ran a 5.14 40 yard dash
Nick: "It hurts. Lets go talk to the champ."
Me thinking he is going to meat the Lorenzo.
'Meats Natalie' 😂😂
Now what we REALLY want to see is a mile between our favorite Olympian and Alex

That foot work is a killer
That coach is solid!!!!! 🙏🏻

Video quality and production has been progressing tremendously
Yet another awesome video Nick.
Olympic what !!! Lol Lorenzo just shows the amazing athletes there are In Football. Great job Lorenzo
It would be cool if the NFL actually published a 10 yard split time for the 40. For some positions the first 10 yards is more important than the last 30. Lorenzo was more of a pass rusher so the first 10 is representative of how fast he can get to the QB, the last 30 does not really matter. For linemen on either side of the ball the first 10 is all that really matters.
Devin Hester was one of the fastest from 0-10 which is why he was one of the greatest kick returners 🙌
I'm convinced Nick will always be fast no matter what😅💪
As a former college sprinter I can tell you that world class milers are absolute freaks of nature. They can out sprint everyone but the very top sprinters. And they can all run great marathons.
