- In this video I show you how to make edible oobleck! I test how the oobleck changes with the coke, chocolate milk and cheese mixed in with it to answer the question whether or not you can make oobleck with different liquids. Then I eat them at the end and tell you which one I liked best!

Your explanation about the effect of fats in the mixture would explain differences in the solid state (under shear), but the differences you observed were in the non-shear "fluid" state.
I wonder if this is due to the thickening agents. Chocolate milk often contains carragheenan to keep the cocoa suspended, and mac & cheese mix typically also contains some sort of gum to help keep the fat emulsified in the sauce. Furthermore, both of these products contain the milk proteins casein and/or albumen.
Any difference in the texture of the fluid between the starch particles would be amplified in the bulk material by the presence of the starch particles.

It would also help if he had actually measured anything here. If you really wanted to investigate the effects you'd have four bowls with the same measure of cornstarch and water, and you'd use coco powder instead of chocolate milk.

Test a Bluetooth speaker in your vacuum, to see if the sound leaves the chamber. You might want to hang it from a string or something to stop there vibrations from making direct contact with the walls
