- Many of us find ourselves sitting for extended periods of time, perhaps on an airplane, in a class or lecture, at a conference, or in a work meeting. This can lead to tight muscles, poor circulation, and pain and stiffness that can last long after we’ve stood up.
Learn some subtle yet highly effective techniques for saving your body while sitting. Tiny joint movements, isometric muscle contractions, and attention to posture go a long way to help promote circulation, move lymph, hydrate fascia, lubricate joints, and keep muscles relaxed and supple.
