    Thank you, Galang Family, for meticulously and effortlessly creating this Sansrival video. Your effort is greatly appreciated, and we are also grateful for sharing the tips to craft this wonderful recipe. Your generosity in sharing everything is truly commendable. Sansrival happens to be one of my favorite desserts, although I now enjoy it in smaller slices due to my elevated LDL levels lol!

    Thank you very much Mrs Galang and Ms. Encar for this Recipe. Yung technique na na share nyo dito ay napaka galing. Tried and tested po ko na po. Sa lahat ng recipe ng sansrival na na search ko, sa inyo ang unique na hindi ginagawa ng iba, bukod tangi po.masarap, not too sweet, chewy yet crunchy. Talagang gustong2 ng mga nag order sa akin.     I haven’t try this recipe yet because I am still using the old and first version of your Sansrival Mrs Galang. I would like to thank you for your delicious recipe of Sansrival. I made more than 20ps sansrival cakes last year 2022 esp Christmas season. The Best! Btw I am one of your many followers Mrs G from Cork, Ireland 🇮🇪 can’t wait to try this one too. God Bless po ❤️🙏🏻

    Hello po Galang’s family! Glad to see the other version of my fave sansrival. I made the first recipe you have it was so yummy my family and friends love it. So I will definitely try this new version looks yum seems not so rich than the first one. Also thanks for converting weight measurements to volume easy to follow, here in US it’s mostly being used! Kapampangan from vegas who loves to bake & cook for fam & friends!
    Your tamales recipe is also the best that I always make, fam & friends say ito lang ang iba sa ibang tamales natikman nila “manyaman” Cheers!

      As mentioned in the video po, hanggang dry na talaga. The length of time will depend on the weather and environment. Air dry until the bread is crumbly.
