To cap everything off they made an excellent film as well. The story grips you and the performances are completely convincing. Wow... That cinematography! Well done everyone involved.
I love the music they chose for this film. The cinematography was spectacular, and the voices of using the locals add to the ambience of the movie. Eric Bana is a wonderful actor, and I’ve enjoyed the films he’s been in through the years. This movie is now on TV, and I’ll watch it.
This is by far the best movie I have seen for years.
The tension, the acting, the scene. Its just perfect.
What an amazing film and a huge thanks to all the team to get the filming in towns that all could do with the exposure. It’s such an amazing area. Congratulations everyone. What an amazing time.
what a fantastic movie , absolutely loved it , how to make a movie that has a story, and does not rely on special effects , many thanks to all involved
I didn't expect such a fantastic film!
Brilliant real people i hope more movies are made like this it really hits you in the stomach
So awesome seeing these local towns I grew up around on the big screen. Hope more movies are filmed out here
So proud to live in the Wimmera.
Fantastic film and a wonderful area of Victoria. So exciting to see the familiar faces and names at the end of the movie. Well done to Beulah, Minyip and the Wimmera in general.
Thank you for this behind the scenes. Terrific film, and true to essence of rural Victoria
The By Five WSM Early Years project is so proud to work in the towns mentioned in this gorgeous promo. The people and places in the Wimmera Southern Mallee are extraordinary!

Love your films Eric tbh best actor to play Hulk
WOW UA-cam
Does it have subtitles? So wanted to watch the Jack Irish series but found it was impossible due to lack of subtitles. Such neglect is unreasonable and discriminatory. Only in Oz! I did seek answers from Film Victoria but didn't even get courtesy of an acknowledgement.
Are you for real?
Maybe message your local cinema and ask if they will be doing a session with subtitles :)
Can't be Victoria theres not a mask in sight.
there are no masks in sight because it was filmed in 2019
@@marcusturnbull thanks ! Do you have other means of communication
Victoria is stuffed after last 18 months, no one will travel to those little towns or to Melbourne and spend money in police state. I will rather stay in Europe and travel to Eastern part, where are also beautiful scenery, good people, freedom no discrimination and no cameras, after what I have seen in our media in Czech Republic what is happening in Victoria, no one from Europe is keen to travel there in the next years.
