Been running 7WL/Fishman since 8.5 dropped. Feels like the deck has infinite lines of play late game and the only matchup that feels difficult is Vegapunk tbh. 4c Arlong feels like a must 2 of tho. It wins the Lucci, BY Luffy, Doffy, RP Luffy and Katakuri matchups. T2 Jimbe>Mihawk>Arlong is an underrated early tempo swing. I also have 2 Nekomamushi tech’d in for late game closers.
It's cool to see that I'm not the only one who discovered this deck! You say that only Vegapunk feels difficult to play against, so how do you deal with Bonney and Blue Doffy? I feel like both of these matchups are bad right now because Bonney rests your leader every turn while Doffy has that 4-cost Law to get easy board advantage. I'm not a fan of Nekomamushi personally. I used to run him but on finishing turns I usually have a searcher on the board so I'd rather put 5 DON on a searcher to get a 7K swing instead of spending that 5 DON on a 6K rusher. Adding more Arlongs sounds good though and I'll try that out considering how many Doffy players there are right now!
@ Arlong and 3c Doffy are usually pretty important pieces for my Doffy matchups. Teach + 3c Doffy usually goes overlooked and they’ll opt to bounce a 5k swinger but Arlong makes it hard for them to want to bounce it. The hardest part beyond that is playing around a Gravity Blade but there’s not much you can do there. Neko has some nasty tech if he sticks for a turn where you can swing with him, bounce him with leader ability to swing with something else, play him again to swing, and a 2c Shshilian to swing again. You can also just restand him with leader ability, play out a 4c Law to bounce him and play him again for the 3rd swing
@ For Boney I usually just swing with leader and Loop Jinbe until the board is full and start applying pressure. They will always opt to rest leader so I just take advantage of bouncing things to gain advantage through on play effects until I’m stacked enough to go all out.
Probably 9-cost Zoro. He should be very good for the BY Luffy and Bonney matchups, which are both tough right now. Or you could add a different (tech) card like Carrot, Gravity Blade, Ryuma, Namule, 3C Doffy...

Hey thanks for responding. I ended up replacing all the Puddings with Carrots and it feels pretty good.
