Hey there! I tried this recipe, and the results were just amazing. I made regular Maida Momos first and the second time I tried Wheat Momos your style, and guess what? Wheat Momos definitely tasted better . It's like heaven in my mouth. Making them today for the third time now! ♥️

Previously even I faced this problem for momos having raw atta taste and in some part it wasn't even cooked properly. Just few tip: 1. Make sure you steam well for 12 to 15 min on high flame. 2. Keep your momos into the steamer when water is boiling hot. 3. After steaming i just kept a pan, brushed 1 tea spoon oil on my pan and kept my steamed momos for more 10 minutes on low flame. After 5 minute I turned my momos and cooked it from all side. This way i didn't tasted any raw taste of atta and it was cooked completely.

Would love to try , bohot achey lag rahe hein momos :) A genuine question , I'm not pulling legs or anything : If we can replace maida with our healthy wheat flour/aatta in our momos and brownies then why is maida used in these recipes in the first place ? Why has not everyone switched to aata ? ( we prefer aata )

P.S:- I wrapped the Momos in fish tail( braided style) and used Idli maker for steaming, as I do not have the Momos steamer!

Grind wheat atta almost to the fineness of maida. It will actually taste better, more healthy
