Venture Mythbusters since your channel blew up from Mauga mythbusting. Even if it's late some people mightve not watched the other Mythbusters of for example karq and you go really indepth. Plus the rollouts you did got good vids aswell
I agree with everything you’ve said. I also want blizzard to make a ranked playlist, an unranked playlist, and a casual playlist. where ranked essentially stays the same. Unranked is the same current quickplay. Casual being like old quickplay with looser skillbased matchmaking and no leave penalties.
Not me and my friends who just got back into Overwatch and wanted to try ranked last night after a few weeks of warming up in quickplay and just finding out we can't play as a group of 4. :(
I remember back in OW1 around season 2/3 there used to be this 6 stack of people that would only play on the south america server at nighttime to get queued up with diamonds after over an hour of sitting in the queue. they all had the highest SR in the game at that point. This wide queue reminds me of that.
this has single handedly made me and some of my friends smurf way more. Turns out playing with friends in a 3-5 stack is super fun. Turns out waiting 45 minutes per game isn't
Hey, so, Blizzard, on multiple occasions, has stated that they would not be adding a Quickplay queue as this would effect queue times even more. The "Quickplay" you mentioned, is the current Unranked, which, even though it does not use the Comp format, is supposed to be Unranked.
Still blown away that there isnt an unranked mode. If people felt more comfortable with the format it could easily lead to more ranked players or just retain the players that like the format but don't want the pressure of SR being on the line. Blizz never thinks things through and the entire game suffers.

I could see them giving extra competitive weapon points for opting into wide queue. Premium currency is a pipe dream.

Quick play is not casual anymore, they added so many rules and it's so sweaty regular casuals are quiting the game.
then play bad so you don't get matched with people of your skill level.
