Hello. I have same problem. Can i charge each cell separately. If yes how much Amp and max voltage? Is it better to full charge each cell or only 3.6/3.7 then plug in and bms can do the rest. Thanks
I have a smart EQ battery with 20 000km and using the xentry diagnose on the car I discovered that one cell has 102mV less than the others.... also is telling me that the actuator is blocked...my question: the actuator is one of those relays on your video? Second question: can I balance the single cell charging a little the cell that has less (102mV less) and what voltage to use ?

Hello. Yes, actuators (or contactors) are relays. You can balance cells, even car does it. Regards.

It depends on the software.
The highest voltage per cell should not be higher than 4.2v
The BMS should not charge higher than 4.15v.
