@@ResidentGoodV I assume you mean hotspot. Most Windows 10 devices so not have a SIM slot to use data. But yes you can watch from your phone, which likely does not run on Windows 10.

You might also add to your list to check if proxy server is turned on when you don't use one. Mine was somehow turned on and it took me 4 hours to find it, but turning it off, I was connected to the internet again.

Thanks man!! I new it was something stupid simple. I was getting issues connecting in Windows 10 only on certain sites. I went into these internet protocols properties and set IPv4 to automatic instead of how it was set specifically to a certain address for w/e reason and walla!! Works perfectly fine now.

Funny thing is that chances are if you have this problem, you can't watch this video because you have no Internet access.
Usually it only affects one device
