OK this mod is one of the craziest mods I've ever seen in any game. It completely changes everything. It's like a new game based on the "old" subnautica game. The devs are absolutely goated at this point. Genuinely hope they get a job at a game dev studio. They deserve it.
the robo voice mentioned "a foundational support that the red plague couldn't possibly know about" and tasked you with finding an auxiliary power source to reactivate the shield, the dome then shudders and collapses, I think the red plague infected one of the ancient alien corpses before all this happened.
Or was able to find the support structure using it's connection with the Altera tech, essentially letting it know everything we know and everything the company won't tell us but knows.
No, because the red plague was created *BY* Alterra. They messed up genetics of the kharaa bacterium and then they sealed it up. If you dont believe me, watch the first episode
Well, the dome is Alterra tech, so ancient alien corpse knowledge wouldn't help with knowing about any structural weak points. More likely I think is that one of the survivors had engineering knowledge, which included the blueprints for the quarantine dome, or infected creatures had already spread to wherever that support structure was located, and simply lacked the necessary strength to break it. Another possibility, based on the fact the plague can send messages to the PDA, is that the plague has infiltrated the technology itself enough to find that information on its own, without probing the minds and memories of infected.
Don't think the doomsday device will work since the red plague can control everything and if it found a precursor database, took the information and found out how it worked then planet 45B is about to relive history but this time things will be different.
I think that the plague heard the transmission about that foundation and found it, which would explain why the dome suddenly broke apart right after the Plague Garg cut off the transmission talking about that very foundation.
Even the strongest cant survive death itself. The plague garg is born, and with it, no survival. Imagine how terrifying it would be to see it in real life. Also, my Lil Gargy is coming in soon! Im so excited!!!
12:02 I love how he looses the garg and is just “ where the is this thing” and the gargy just pops up like “hello!” And for some reason I imagine it sounded like those damn mine turtle’s
So, the true plague garg was born, and the infection was a mere first stage. Holy lord, if Red Plague got its non-existent hands on garg, Aurora, the damn dome is down, and could possibly get out of shield, that would mean infecting the entire planet and with it even the entire Sector Zero (RED PLAGUE IN SUBNAUTICA BELLOW ZERO??? Jeez, more leviathans to infect and all?). Not to forget to mention CEO? Gawd damn this is a story!
@robertkennedy4114 If the plague spreads in the end of this game around the entire planet, Sector Zero (not to mention its a few years after the first game and would probably aleady be in control of the entire planet and could possibly try to escape even the planet) I would love to see Al-An trying to comprehand Red Plague while still recovering mentally from the infection of Kharaa around 4546B and Homeworld. He was stuck in his containment cube for a long time, so he probably did not know about Red Plage yet. (Or would the RP already know about him??? And he was already infected? Would he and Robin try to get him cured from RP so they would be able to continue on their way to the Homeworld? SO MANY SPECULATIONS EVEN BEFORE THE GAME EVEN IS POSSIBLE TO EXIST.) And Maida. Jeez- Maida would probably go on the Red Plague with her prawn. Heck it. Let's try to kill it.
20:32 the AI did say something about a single vulnerable structural support that the plague had “no way to know about.” So, I’m guessing either it did, in fact, know about the weakness, or it found it by accident.
Something interesting I noticed: the garg loses its head tendrils when its ressurected by the plague, you can see it had bones for them before, now it doesn't
Thank you for showing us the cutscene by itself at the end of the video. I was so annoyed we couldn’t see anything but now I’m very happy 10/10 mod 10/10 video
Been saying it every episode. And at long last. The Plague Garg. And with his birth. Comes a new wave of nightmares for me. He's terrifying but awesome. Hats off to the developers for all this work. To make these twisted creatures.
Just as I saw this pop up I went and I quote "just as things couldn't get worse" i just realized if we still have the body of the garg why not just pull a classic meca godzilla and turn it into a weapon to fight back against the plaque
But wouldn't that be good as I would attack the plaque as the garg only goes after us when it closes to and will at times just completely ignore us in favor of the ghost leviathans
While here the Red Plague is a virus that mutates and evolves too fast so a cure is unlikely possible, unless the Sea Emperor comes into play...She can cure the Kharaa virus, she'll also be able to find a way to get rid of the virus if only she didn't get done first by the Plague.
4:20 "Can I just drag it (Garg) with me? That would make sense!" *Uhh Yeah totally. A 2km long animal that probably weighs over 100 tons is definitely drag able!* 😅
100 tons would be an underestimate for it's size, im thinking more along the like of 100.000 maybe even 200.000 metric tons, going off the fact that godzilla is already almost 100.000 metric tons, while only standing 120 meters tall, the garg being 5km long in game and roughly 80 meters in diameter, we might even be looking at millions of tons
@@generalozzby Using the blue whale at 25m we get 200 whales for the Garg length, for the width we can assume about 4m per whale, that's an area of ~50 m2 (2 squared*Pi), the Garg as an area of 5 026 m2 (40 squared*Pi). That's 100.52 whales (5 026/50). Then we do 100.52*250 to get the number of whales needed for a whole Garg, that's 25 130, times the weight, 150 metric tons, so that's *3 769 500* metric tons or 14.446 times a Seawise Giant. Some math may be wrong, but we may assume that the Garg is quite heavy . *Edit : Some math was indeed wrong
Using godzilla js unrealistic tbh, the garg never needed to walk on land or had the need for something like an extremely dense bone structure lined with minerals. It 's also like, 50% of the translucent skin. It'd under half as much as godzilla at most. @generalozzby
@@Am_Cookie2436 yes and no, while sure it doesnt need all those fancy things godzilla needs, its 5km long, thats why i estimated it to be roughly 200k tons
@@generalozzby fair play. While the Garg definitely has less density per square inch, it definitely more than makes up for the weight in size. I was just heavily underestimating the weight anyways😭🙏 Idk how much it weighs tbh

i have a prediction: in the next episode, you wlll have to a) save the emperor or b)build a lander(i think i heard the pda saying it), alterra sends a rocket, you fly, garg goes after the rocket, rocket crashes, ending
Or C). We plant explosives beneath the starboard side of the Aurora (the side that’s almost directly over the edge of the map) and detonate them, sending the Aurora falling and sinking into the Void. That way, the plague has no way of leaving the planet.
So for the iron dome collapsing, the AI said that it had enough durability to withstand up to 25x its own weight, except for one foundational support the red plague doesn't know about. Except that the Gargantuan Leviathan must have known, and upon destroying the support, the structural integrity of the dome was compromised. Once that happened, it could no longer fully support its own weight and began caving in on itself. Whole lot of engineering things and they probably should have shored up that support to be tough just in case something like this happened. In short terms, think of a bridge. @@Anthomniahuh, my theory was, since the plague last time said something like it knows what it has to do to bring it down, in this video when you are on the floating island, the PDA said something like “without the shield, the dome is still a solid metal structure, with only 1 foundation weakness the red plague has no way of knowing about” and afterwards you hear the garg sounds, I assumed that was a sign the plague DOES in fact know about the weakness and just ripped it apart using the Garg, causing the whole dome to fall

Lil gargy is going to be the new center piece of my subnautica shelf, the spot has always been empty and I could not decide what to put there. So now I’m going to make it the main theme as a leviathan area. Thank you for lil gargy.
Is no one gonna point out the fact that Anthomnia got the cyclops energy efficiency module several episodes back but never put it into the cyclops upgrade module slot? hell it was even in his inventory when he put the infected module into the cyclops.
They said in the message that there is a support for the dome that the plague would not know about, then the garg roared, then the dome started breaking. The garg went to the support and broke it.

Yep someone else said it before in a comment, this virus is clearly a biomech one, meaning it can infect machines.... like a PDA. I think the PDA is betraying the player, everything you get told to do seems to lead to the worst outcome, check the generators, generators destroyed, check on plague blobs merging, blob infects Garg, support pillar needs checking, pillar destroyed, and so on.
"it must be in so much pain" its dead it was said its dead its not a creature its the red plague now it dosent feel anything cuz its dead and being controld
A gargantuan leviathan without the tentacles on its head looks pretty cool. Also just realized that the Plague Gargantuan has a visible throat…. I wanna see if it can be possible to choke one…. I doubt it but it would be funny.
Well… Now there’s absolutely nothing in the way of the Aurora launching. And if the Red Plague can survive outer space on the Aurora, the entire universe is basically fucked.
That is unless Alan some how activates zone 0's planetary shield but that is unlikely but considering the timeline Alan might somewhat be active right now so he might be aware but then again what's stopping it from merging the flesh remains of the gaurg onto the Arora as a fleshy hotfix to the ship

1:46 what do you mean? They don’t die? We see two skeletons in the lost river I don’t know if you know this but when a creature becomes a skeleton at our point, they are dead
Theres no natural predators for the garg. We can assume the massive garg skeleton we see was one that had gotten stuck in the river. They just keep growing and growing rlly so it makes it seem like these guys are immortal
I must have a Lil Gargy. 19:26 ohh pretty blue Gargantuan Leviathan. I want someone to mod the Devourer Of Gods over a Gargantuan leviathan, I think that would be pretty cool, and it should be the concept version of the D.O.G since that looks more like a sea creature than the current design.
Tbh i think it would be cool if the red plague talked to you and gave you the choice to join it and at that point you have two ways to go and if you side with the red plague all plague creatures leave you alone
The fact the garg was alive means theres a chance everything that was in the lava zone is also a live too and with the red plague having escaped it means theres going to hella ancient leviathans roaming around
The plague leviathan is horrifying, because the red plague literally overdosed the giant leviathan only to remove its internal organs and pilot them. The plague leviathan is literally its internal skeleton and organs at work

I had to get lil gargy with how much I love subnautica
scary fish is now…..BIG? no not just big…… the scary fish virus is…….GARGANTUAN!
Theory is: with the PH having access to the Aurora it *had* to have known how to access our coms. It’s been listening to us this entire time… and we just fed it the info it needed.
Watching the garg crawl out of its own skin, was the scariest thing to ever exist in subnautica. No doubt
This might be the earliest I’ve ever been on a video on UA-cam
Yay your back,I wish I could buy the garg toy it's so cute
19:16 the different roars sound so cool
1:45 "The Gargantuan Leviathan Does not Die."
The Gargantuan Leviathan is based off a *Fossil.* It does indeed die.
Before I started and appreciated the series: LOVE YOU MAN
After watching: HOLY SH*T.
Lil gargy is going to be the new center piece of my subnautica shelf, the spot has always been empty and I could not decide what to put there. So now I’m going to make it the main theme as a leviathan area. Thank you for lil gargy.
Is no one gonna point out the fact that Anthomnia got the cyclops energy efficiency module several episodes back but never put it into the cyclops upgrade module slot?
hell it was even in his inventory when he put the infected module into the cyclops.
that OoOHhH when the dome started exploding had reverb like from the trembling
I cannot describe the amount of pure joy I experienced when I saw this video pop up on my feed
I bought two of the lil’ gargys 💪
So... Now that the dome's destroyed... We need a sequel to the mod that takes place in sector zero and centers around the frozen leviathan!
Can’t wait for lil Gargy the day before Christmas.
The two gargs side by side look like sea gods
I have ordered a Gargy and he shall be my buddy when I play subnautica
I doubt it but it would be funny.
this mod is terrifying but what's even more terrifying is you can play Subnautica in VR
I WAS WAITING FOR YOUR UPLOAD IM SO HYPE
Well…
Now there’s absolutely nothing in the way of the Aurora launching.
Got lil gargy a couple days ago! Im super excited for December! Itll be my Christmas gift to myself! I love your vids and have been watching for awhile now, probably since 2019, i cant remember exactly, but subnautica has ALWAYS been my favorite videogame to play, even on xbox without mods i still enjoy it everyday, thank you so so much, always excited for the next subnautica vid!
That was the most chaotic episode of the red plague I have ever seen
As soon as gargy was available i instantly bought it i cant wait since i love subnautica and the mods
0:10 nooo nooooo nooooooooo as if the game wasn’t scary enough
11:58
Jump scare
Hi how are you?
13:14
All I could think is "im back in the f***ing building!??"
I feel like using the doomsday device in the Quarantine Enforcement Platform is the only option at this point.
Great job brother, keep up the hard work, always enjoy the content. 🗿
"the garg just does not die"
the LRZ skeleton the entire thing was inspired by:
those png jumpscares are incredibly lazy
Rest in piece Gargantuan Leviathan he was the best scariest leviathan but i loved that thing it was so big and awesome 😢
Screw that mister "bottom line" we're not gonna die for his money.
Time to survive and stick it to both the plague heart and altera!
The jump scares in this episode are deadly my heart is beating out of my chest good lord
0:08 : Where th f- *WAAAAAAAAAAA-*
I ordered Gargy can’t wait for it I’ve been in the corner of my room rocking waiting
Mark should play this mod
1:46 what do you mean? They don’t die? We see two skeletons in the lost river I don’t know if you know this but when a creature becomes a skeleton at our point, they are dead
The mod and any spin offs are so lore inaccurate that it's borderline annoying
I think he meant it by them not dying usually, like yk? Like its NOT supposed to just happen that easily
Theres no natural predators for the garg. We can assume the massive garg skeleton we see was one that had gotten stuck in the river. They just keep growing and growing rlly so it makes it seem like these guys are immortal
@@concretemixIt's almost as if it's supposed to be an entirely different story building on its own lore.
@@SpiritualReaper.The lost river wasn't there when it was alive, it formed around it.
5:59 reminds me of a tapeworm
Give this man some emotional support
How does he not have nightmares 247?
So excited to get my plush! Love your content dude and can't wait to see where Subnautica 2 takes us!
The mod devs really need to hire some real VAs
Can't wait it release to public
I must have a Lil Gargy. 19:26 ohh pretty blue Gargantuan Leviathan.
I want someone to mod the Devourer Of Gods over a Gargantuan leviathan, I think that would be pretty cool, and it should be the concept version of the D.O.G since that looks more like a sea creature than the current design.
I dont know whats scarier, the gargantuan or him overacting and screaming all the time
Well, the planet is doomed. How do you beat a beast that size? Unless another friendly Garge comes and help along with the Sea Emperor.
Nah, it’s time to nuke the place.
Everyone else: Oh my gosh! The dome fell! What should we do now?!
Me: Subnatica below zero.... PART 2????
Probably!
Playing cards with cuthulu is wild
What game do you think they're playing I think they're playing Go Fish
Haha very funny
Prob uno
the original garg is beautiful, the infected is terrifing.
Tbh i think it would be cool if the red plague talked to you and gave you the choice to join it and at that point you have two ways to go and if you side with the red plague all plague creatures leave you alone
Well... **SHIT** the plague just needed time... to turn the Garg's body into its soldier.....
Congratulations on 1 mil subs❤
I snatched that little plushie up the Minute it popped I'm gonna love it when it shows up
Damn they really wanted you to see their handiwork
Now you gotta do an Infected Gargy Plush 😂
The scream at 0:08 was great 😂 Perfectly cut off
Now you got to make a skinless Leviathan plushie.
This mod gets better and better with each episode 😍
The fact the garg was alive means theres a chance everything that was in the lava zone is also a live too and with the red plague having escaped it means theres going to hella ancient leviathans roaming around
I’d crap my pants in the first five seconds of this mod
10:18 the Plague Garg was like: I’m going places and your coming with me as my witness.
The plague leviathan is horrifying, because the red plague literally overdosed the giant leviathan only to remove its internal organs and pilot them. The plague leviathan is literally its internal skeleton and organs at work
