Though I think the Ones where they hide UNDER the houses, and Take turns making Slight changes, Are completely unscripted for the victim at least... until it reaches a point where they are CLEARLY ignoring obvious changes...
For example, A changed Carpet? Not very noticeable, especially if its been a while since you built it(or hired someone else to build, like these guys all do). A COMPLETELY changed Wall? Very noticeable.
