Hey Joe & Amber its a good 12th scale buggy isnt it! Í reviewed mine last week that i received from Makerfire as well and yep i also pointed out in my video that the shocks are much stiffer on the 124019, handles great though since its a bit heavier in weight and longer wheel base to that 144001, good look at it guys! 👍

i first got into the hobby 35 years ago... it was very cool ...my first car was an rc10 made by team associated basic kit was $175... no motor or servos or anything... took 40 hours to build since it was my first car...

Hell yeah, I bought my first car with my birthday money in 1994, I was in 8th grade. RC10T kit, came with motor, servos, charger and a futaba remote.

Agreed, these are great little beginner cars. Don't waste your money on a traxxas, get a WL, then when you wanna race go straight to team associated. :)

Everything normal for WLtoys, not enough grease in diffs and too much oil in shocks-sometimes good, sometimes not, dodgy quality control.
Lol they just need to name their rcs too many numbers 🤣
Yeah, i think they just get a bunch of dice and chuck them out. You would have thought they would just progress the number ?? 244001 or 144002??
12 is the scale, 4 is 4wheel drive, 019 is the revision number.

Just an advice on future videos,
I think making your cinematic intro smaller would be ideal, because to be honest it's boring, not the intro the intro is very nice but If a person clicks on this video he is here to watch something specific that you provide. Having an intro will just bore them
My opinion
This is a great video to show new drivers. Slow, smooth, and in control is faster than fast and out of control because the spin outs and crashes.
I bought this one for my wife the kids got 144001s and I got the 124017 v2 brushless blue wheel blue motor mount and it's a beast on 3s but the 144001 are the toughest this 124019 gets babied by my wife no jumps lol it might hit top speed rarely and I'm not allowed to drive it only clean it and upgrade it lol
Still can’t believe the value of money it packs, I bought two already lol
Top show Kiwis. I just got the 001 for me kids was mint but now only runs for just a couple of seconds then no functions. Any help or guidance would be superb

I did a 3s run video on my channel. It really flew! I couldn't believe it! Also fixed the shocks and greased those diffs.
Let one of the other drivers try it out

@@TheRcKiwis I thought it was the 144001 lol. I made the comment befit I watched the full video 😅 excuse me. In all seriousness the WLtoys cars are alright, but come with super cheap receivers/esc as you know. The diff cups are super weak and the brakes are at 100% EPA out of the box so you end up ruining the diff cups in a couple weeks of running. Check out the LC Racing 12B1! Actual kit! Only 200$ w/guts!

The wl toys shocks problem isnt the oil, are the springs
Not on this one, the shock caps were tightened with the piston at the bottom of shaft. The springs are fine 😊

what is the charging time and how many minutes can you play with it
Charging time should be approx. 2-3hours (We use our own charger which is a bit faster) Play time, depends on how you use it, I would say approx. 30minutes or so 😊
