Having watched Ian's video on the G11 multiple times, I can safely say I have no god damn clue how the G11 works. I don't think HK themselves know how the G11 works.
Yes the Davy Crockett was real. It was the grandfather of the "tactical nuke" concept. In practice you got your encoded warning and fire mission orders over the radio, decoded and authenticated them, prepped, "aimed" and fired the device, and immediately fired up the jeep and hauled ass in the opposite direction and hoped you could find a nice deep trench to jump into before everything behind you lit up. "Aimed" is in quotes because the joke was, after getting the warning order and while waiting on the fire mission order, you said to the Fire Direction Center, "don't worry about any eight-digit coordinates, Bub, just gimme a Grid Square!", a grid square being a kilometer on each side. It only had a range of two and a half miles and the warhead had a yield of between 0.01 or 0.02 KT. And you were lucky if yours was jeep mounted, because the basic unit was also man-portable. If you look around on da toobz there are vids of test shots.
That Sten Bullpup is like nearly every "steampunk" anything I've ever seen. "I'm going to hit glue some watch gears and plumbing fittings in random places for no good reason and act like it's functional" UGH.
Until you realize that it doesn't shoot far enough to get the jeep out of the effective lethal range. I hope nobody liked that gun, that jeep, or any of those people using them very much.
@@OneTrueWindfall actually, the operators didn't die on the video recorded test. That said, it was the static version, don't know if there'll be some difference
That stock burning in the fire looks likes it's happy that it's existence is coming to an end. Btw, is #akgnotificationsquad still a thing? Haven't seen people commenting that in a while.
The Davy Crockett had an effective range of about 1.25 miles (a larger version could fire out to 2.5 miles). It had a lehtal radiation radius from the blast of about a quarter of a mile, although I bet the firing crew would likely get more than a doctor's recommended radiation dosage at that range. It was tested at least once on July 17, 1962 in Nevada, where it was shown the launcher was inaccurate. It didn't need to be too accurate do to the lethal radiation area, although "short-ranged" and "inaccurate" are not things that should be mixed with "nuclear weapon."

8:53 I actually really love the idea of this, nothing really wrong with the gun itself but the under folding stock is really cool, although I’m not sure if AFT would be happy about that. (Since ya know it’s an AR pistol so it’s better for close engagements an option for no stock is cool). I think a side folding G36c style stock would also be pretty cool

14:40 Borderlands weapon designers sweating profusely
1:42 lol it sounds like you said “alright now we’re ready for the first 10 inches” 😂😂 #akgnotificationsquad

Ah yes, the forbidden 20,000 bullet capacity clipazine
When he said “putting weeb sh*t on guns” I instantly subscribed
You know Brandon's 100% drunk when he tries to be careful with a Mosin.
That Paul Harrell cameo. Just gold.
That Sten Bullpup is like nearly every "steampunk" anything I've ever seen. "I'm going to hit glue some watch gears and plumbing fittings in random places for no good reason and act like it's functional" UGH.
There's actually a song called 'Gears Don't Make it Steampunk'.
Love how he was worried about burning his building down with the flamethrower next video starts a camp fire with ak stocks inside lol
6:07 I thought stenpai when I saw this
Notice me, Sten-pai!
P-Chan (P90): Oh dear God...
Budget-Chan (Skorpion Vz.61): This is just sad...
Na-Chan (Knife): Really? You have better odds with me for God-sake.
Gotta love the alcohol effect that it has on Brandon, halarious to see him intoxicated
*Nuke Shooting Jeep
Brandon: "It was a horrible thing that never shouldhave been done..."
Me: Oh shut up hippie that's awesome!
Until you realize that it doesn't shoot far enough to get the jeep out of the effective lethal range. I hope nobody liked that gun, that jeep, or any of those people using them very much.

@@bigsmoke1156 Why wouldn't he bring his boyfriend? ((I ship them and there's nothing you can do to stop me))
@@CaptainRhodor well bumblebee is canon now so its possible.
@@bigsmoke1156 YIIIIS! As a man who has been a Bumbleby shipper from the start, Season 6 was a good one for me.
Okay, that hybrid @4:14 looks just like the gundam Alex's beam rifle
In most art depictions it's a FAMAS with a normal magazine well location
That stock burning in the fire looks likes it's happy that it's existence is coming to an end.
Btw, is #akgnotificationsquad still a thing? Haven't seen people commenting that in a while.
StarRuler 32 it is still a thing
Sane People
Brandon: “field tested with people”
People firing it. Not firing AT people.
The Famas might've been a movie gun.
They needed the "at first glance" looks but wanted all the same guns for the armorer to work with.
“Water ran out so we have nothing but alcohol, thank god”

"Water ran out two days ago so now we're down to just alcohol... thank god!"
That hammer-grab was so spot on, I knew it was going to be an army of darkness reference. Groovy.
16:37 'Gunchucks' I could picture Dante using those in a Devil May Cry game.
RG7621 that would be amazing
Nunchuck orbeez

Im a simple man. All i want in life is to ban the National Firearms Act of 1934. Side note: i think i will fashion a deer hoove to the handle of my M4
Paul Harrell memes need to be more of a thing.
Yes
You want that burger to go?
IT'S GONE!!!!!!
Brandon: gunchucks are real, they can't hurt me
Kjaskaar: menacing laughter
I'm pretty sure Chuck Norris used those.
