Hi, I have a DUR193Z with the exact same mechanism.
It is brand new but I have a major problem with it: The line keeps breaking (after using it for 30 seconds) right where it comes out of that whole. I then have to each time take out the head, unwind the wire 10 cm, stick it through that hole again, reassemble the head after which I can again use it for another 30 seconds to a minute. Drives me crazy.
Any ideas?

@@darrenstirrup5516 Yes I am aware of that. But when the line breaks at the exit hole no line sticks out anymore and bumping does not help in that case.
And the line always seems to break right there in my case. Looks like a design flaw to me...

Try another type of string, like round profile (cheap actually) and dont be so agressive on corners. Also check for sharp corners of gadget, this may be defects of manufacture, highy unprobable.
