Mine just turned off today and wont turn back on 🥲

Eventually it bows. I had mine the same way. Now updated what i did was remove the riser and put adjustable legs on bottom of alex cabinets and karlby flat on top of alex cabinets to which i have to attach with corner backets to keep firmly in place. I avoided having to drill holes on top of the counter. For me this was the most best solution and if i move, i just uninstall the brackets and remove the top for easy transport. Cheers

Hi, I have a DUR193Z with the exact same mechanism. It is brand new but I have a major problem with it: The line keeps breaking (after using it for 30 seconds) right where it comes out of that whole. I then have to each time take out the head, unwind the wire 10 cm, stick it through that hole again, reassemble the head after which I can again use it for another 30 seconds to a minute. Drives me crazy. Any ideas?
