    My heart broke for her when her father said he had been accused of touching her when she was a child and had to do legal stuff about it. He just dug the knife in deeper, and I wanted to hug her through the screen.

      Seeing her reaction to this was gut wrenching. She's so strong for pulling herself together and going back onstage to get answers for her daughter. She's made mistakes in the past but she'll be a good mom.

    To have it confirmed that you were sexually abused by your father and that he did the same thing to your daughter….. my heart breaks for her. Her addiction stemmed from him. So glad that she’s clean and getting her life back together away from that piece of sh**.

    The fact that the jury or a judge did not find Ray guilty in the first place that means somebody wasn’t doing their job correctly . I bet after this they would’ve found him guilty and he would be sent to prison . What kind of grandpa does that to a grandchild ? It’s just sick in every way .

      Unfortunately that may not happen. He's already been tried and found not guilty of touching his granddaughter. He cannot be tried for it again because of double jeopardy laws.
      As for touching his daughter when she was a child, there could be a statute of limitations in that case that has long expired.
      Nevertheless, the guy is a creep and should rot in Hell

      The problem is that a lie detector test isn't admissible in court, and a jury has to use the standard of "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" to convict somebody.

      And your right but there's way's around it sometimes, for instance they dropped charges which means they weren't presented to the Judge and Jury in a court of Law so technically they can open a new case with no problem and I'm assuming the charges they dropped had some weight to them, he's definitely not out of the woods yet with the Law they just have to worry about the type of jurors they find cause apparently their either dumber then a bucket of shrimp or blind on purpose either way I hope she finds justice and some peace...💯💪

    I love Courtney. I love her courage. I love her determination. I love her willingness. I love her willingness to fight not only her father but her addiction for her child. Hang in there girl. My mom fought her addiction for us and she’s been clean for over 20 years. Your child will really appreciate you when they get older. I’m sorry you had such a disgusting dad and you guys had to go through this. I ask that you hold tight to your child so that she doesn’t feel like she has to turn to other outlets to cope. You are a great mother. Yes you made mistakes but you got up and you did better and for that I can only say good things to you! I pray one day for you for yourself that you guys can forgive the hurt and pain you guys went through. Forgive yourself also for the mistakes in addiction you made. But I’m proud, very proud that you stood up and beat you addiction and did it for you child. The system may have failed your baby but you haven’t failed her and she’ll need you always. ♥️♥️

    You can tell Courtney is being genuine. One thing that really stood out was her admitting that she was on drugs in that one situation. I'm glad she got clean and is being the best mother she can.
    Also, any grandparent who says they love their grandkid as a grandkid and nothing else is VERY sus.

    She might have messed up by doing drugs but she is such a wonderful person and passionate mother. My heart hurts for her and her child. This episode is all over the place. The judge and jury didn’t do their job right, they judged her for doing drugs and didn’t even look at the case. As soon as he came on he said he wanted a dna test, his past about him being accused about sa his own daughter, and him coming down on her for doing drugs. I just knew he was guilty when I heard the way she was talking about the situation. You know that hurt her heart. They should have given him a test to see if he sa her too. I hope they get justice ❤️

      @@Wrestlinggirl48 unfortunately lie detector tests are inadmissible in court so him failing cannot be used against him since lie detectors aren’t 100% accurate and the science and legitimacy behind them is arguable
      P.s. I think he did it and I think the lie detector test was accurate but it isn’t an exact science

    Being an ex addict doesnt make anyone a bad person. If a person can overcome that and come out being a better mom like she did. Deserves a second chance. We are all humans and make mistakes. She admitted that and did something to change it. Im pissed that whoever did that trail, didn't take that into consideration.

      Well update is I did relapse after show it was a bad one. But today I have 2 weeks clean from meth and 6 months from alcohol. Honestly everyday memories come up of my childhood. The important thing is the truth is out there though about my daughter. For me it's one day at a time. I'm now living back in Wyoming and trying my best to be the best mom I can be!!!!!!!

Goes to show you can’t rely on the public for a judge’s work. Too many biasnesses that play a part in wrongfully sentencing or releasing a person. Should have people that has worked in the field of police or law or even detective work instead of a “novice civilian because they pay taxes”

    I pray that Jesus heals the mother and the daughter and that he has mercy on the father. He needs to accept the demon that circulating him and ask to be delivered because this is one worst crimes EVER against humanity.     The SECOND I heard his voice and then saw his face, I immediately saw that this man is a predator… his whole look and personality, especially the way he spoke about his own daughter, told me everything I needed to know. I’m an addict and I know how incredibly difficult it is to get clean. I commend this woman for her bravery and the way she continues to fight for justice for her child. I hope they get closure!!!
