Dallas pastor gives emotional speech during City Council meeting

- Full video of Rev. Michael Waters' speech given at Wednesday's Dallas City Council meeting. Protesters interrupted the meeting and it went into recess as Mayor Mike Rawlings walked out. When Waters approached the podium, the meeting was still in recess and his mic was cut off.

I've read a few comments where ppl have said it's plausible she when in the wrong apt, Well that's a plausible lie. Not sure how long she was living there, but out of the blue she got her apt. mixed up the this young man apt.. This women had be to be drunk, high, planning this, or got quick case of Alzheimer after work. If you been going to your apt, home, etc.. for years you just don't end up in someone else's home, without reason and she went there for one reason and one reason only.

Here is why....A black officer showed up to a call. The white officers made him lay down on the ground like a criminal. Then they found out he was a cop. ( I guess his skin was so black, they couldnt see the blue uniform) He gets up off the ground. Meanwhile, another white cop shows up on the scene and shot him. They called it friendly fire. The black cop is now disabled. That's why the black cop at the meeting looked like he didn't care.
