I’ll never understand why Terran players don’t utilize EMP shockwaves and Lockdowns when fighting Protoss - especially on this map where resources aren’t an issue.
That's a fair point, considering the Toss didn't have Obs out that we could see. Lockdown all those Carriers and kiss'm goodbye with Goliaths I'd guess EMP-wise it's too easy for Carriers to snipe Vessels, especially as EMP has long windup and traveltime
My goodness that micro of the early marines and scvs were RIDICULOUS. That is WAY harder to pull off than it looks on the replay. Most players would've died going CC first against 2 gate opening early scout with zealots incoming.
It hurts my Terran heart to watch these Fastest Map games where the Terran just turtles. The only way I know how to handle carriers in FME is EMP + 12 Valkyries with good focus fire. If you just turtle and build turrets while Protoss harassers you with carriers and consistant storm drops you die. Eventually one of those drops are going to find its mark. Kill the carriers and storm drop them with stimmed Firebats and kill all his workers. Protoss has such an advantage in FME because cannons are so good and there's no limit to how many you can make.
Web Disruptor + Carrier should have changed the game earlier plus making gateways like 20 in the middle of the map for 12k mineral spamming Zlots Dtemps etc could have finish the game plus no Arbiter :D stasis/recall lmfao anyways its entertaining to see the massacre
Decent gameplay from 458. But I just wanted to know if scvs were killing zealots or was it the goliaths? They need to underpower the scvs attack ability. It should be just like a protoss probe.

It would have. But 458 is too formulaic to do that.
The fact that the two bases are next to each other makes Protoss' drops much more efficient.

It's insane to me that spider mines can't kill workers, but storm can.
I like how the 'toss made shield batteries to support the carrier group. Wish this happened more often!

Why didn't P use disruption web? I haven't seen anyone use it in a ladder game.
