Jasper's Jamaican - Simple and Delicious Tiki Cocktail

In this video I make the simple and delicious Jasper’s Jamaican. Full of Caribbean spices, it’s savoury, refreshing and packed with taste. It only requires one rum and a fe other ingredients. For the Allspice Dram, use St. Elizabeth’s or make your own. I’ve put a link below to an Allspice Dram recipe.

Here is the Recipe for today’s cocktail:
Jasper’s Jamaican Back Shack Style
1.5oz (45ml) Gold Jamaican Rum
.5oz (15ml) Lime Juice
.5oz (15ml) Allspice/Pimento Dram
.5oz (15ml) Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Shake with lots of ice
Strain over crushed ice in a double rocks glass
Garnish: Mint sprig and a lime wheel
