Hi, thank you for your thorough video! I am wondering, do you need to include ksa “questions” to the summary of accomplishments answers, because it’s taking up too many words before I even write the response.
Thank you very much for this video! Some of these examples sound like they are coming from an individual who has already been in a supervisor position. What types of examples are they looking for if, for example, you are a carrier trying to step up into a supervisor role? Especially when it comes to examples like "knowledge of window operations?"
It’s always better to have performed the tasks that are associated with the duties and responsibilities located on the job posting. Don’t forget your KSA are in response to the “Qualifications/Requirements.” I recommend having a supervisor to teach you a few things and obtain 1st hand knowledge. If you are unable to do that, you can use outside expertise. Jmo.
When I was an RCA, I went around to postmasters asking them to show me just one thing. EventuallyI learned enough to grab someone’s attention. The networking helped me more than the knowledge. I also joined organizations like the UPMA and APLUS. Also get a local mentoring group going. That will get you noticed but you have to keep driving it.
Many of us will do one on ones. Just make sure you watch the videos here and there are also videos on Blue Tube and Hero. Join LEAD (USPS only) on Facebook and just ask in the group😀

@@uspslead thank you, i will follow your advice.
You don’t have to rewrite the question just a response with the corresponding letter or number.
Are you able to assist with SDO KSA’s?
Retail and delivery are my expertise but I could offer general advice
Do you all do one on one sessions?
