I’d charge $10-$12 per interior window and $20-$22 per interior exterior window cleaning as there is high liability working around fine art, furniture, granite countertops…..

Hey Austin quick question. So you wet the siding before applying SH then rinse after? If so do you do this every time?
He is in Texas so it is hot so that’s why he does it. It’s to protect the paint on the house whether it be stucco, hardy board or whatever if you apply SH to a hot surface that is in the sun the SH is more likely to soak into the paint Then lift the dirt on top of it and can ruin paint. In hotter areas. I’m in Jacksonville Florida and I highly recommend pre-wedding specially in the hot season.

Funny we talked awhile back and I ended up moving back to Austin. I actually plan to buy another set up with the lessons I learned before. Just something for small to medium scale jobs, like 6 gpm I guess. I need to find a person that makes a custom skid. Know anybody in Texas? I had a person in the woodlands area but they are too busy these days.
I am starting a main job right now and think I will be ready to get back in in 4 - 6 months so I just want to be ready.
Heath and his team at Texas Pressure Washing Store are the best in the state.
@@connornteel yeah, I got stuff there before. I gotta rant now that you mention them. They pushed a knock off engine on me that was broke from the get go. They resolved the issue but it was overpriced and I was pushed more than I wanted and in a desperate situation (long story) I didn't push back enough. In fact, I am told he even stopped selling the Chinese crap he sold me within 6 months of my purchase from him. I know they had a lot of defectives. According to Heath, 1 in 20. Went to some other slightly more known Chinese knockoffs as far as I heard.
I told him what I wanted and he just seemed more interested in sending me away with something instead of what I wanted, which they didn't have in stock. I mean they're great at what they do if what they have is what you want.
I don't like his sales style and have seen his attitude before also.
The guy I liked a lot more was James Moore. He has a shop in Spring and a much better team. I talked to him and another partner of his extensively and they cared a lot more to get me what I wanted, meeting my need and my budget and were friendlier over all.
They have a smaller operation though, so pros and cons.
And yes, I am not saying Heath is evil. I am fine saying it's just me. And he was also extra helpful in some ways. But I have been to a lot of other pressure wash shops and his is the only one I had an issue with, and it was only him really. His crew was great.
Anyway, I want to know what other options might be out there since Mr Moore is busy.
How do you use an 8gpm machine and not run out of water? I have a 350g tank and even set up to their water I find myself running out after about 2-3 hours and having to wait
You may have to wash faster if you’re doing house washes. How’s the water source?

All leads from my company will be funneled to our overarching brand. In which I will be an owner of. so yes, I’m going to be taking a pay cut, because I’m sacrificing earned money upfront to ensure the growth of the company. We have three employees all on salary. And if we want to sell in five or six years, we are going to need the cash to grow.
@@AustinDavis24 what would your goal buy out price be? That you get to take after the sale?
If I were to sale mine, I don’t think I’d sell for under 1.2, I just see to much opportunity
@@ProXPowerWashing we want somewhere between 6-10M. We’re about to go out there and get a lot of reoccurring commercial. This year were expected to do 1.2.

wait so Austin are you charging $17 a window pane for inside and out because that's what 3,650 would break down to that's bananas. we cant even get that here in Cali I charge 8.50 inside & out and a lot of people think that's to high. wow you have to let us know if you got the job.

Well, let’s look at it with a just a drop of common sense. We all know something has already taken control, correct? Can we also agree that society is susceptible to control? Ok, so if everything is already in place and we have done nothing to avoid this issue then we must acknowledge it. Simply put, we are controlled. So now that we have accepted that we are under control who is controlling us? You’d assume that it would be very difficult to find those responsible for this level of corruption. Fortunately, you’re wrong. This is where we incorporate common sense. If everyone is controlled who isn’t controlled, and if who isn’t controlled then who is who? All of these who’s make a they and they is them. I could tell you who it is and you’d see all the clues, but then you’d sit down and start watching the news.
